Im a guy but I went shopping for my ex fiance and really enjoyed the customer service, they were persistent and always kept an eye out Incase anyone needed help. Thank you Samantha and Melissa. You two were great help, maybe I'll buy you ladies a gift for being very generous.

I always love shopping here. Great selection that changes often with fashion great sale prices and promotional items. Helpful staff, easy to find in the mall, and clean. Make sure to check out their clearance racks!

Loved the jeans that I bought. Service is awesome.

I used to come here and spend forever to decide what I wanted because there was such a good selection of clothes and accessories. Now, I go in, look for five minutes and walk out. It was such a good one stop shop place for me, I could get my dress, jewelry and shoes all at one place but now there's nothing to choose from and that is seriously sad. The inventory is just horrible and the clearance rack has been the same for a year now, I only go to the mall every once in a long while, and if I saw the same dresses still there after 4 months, then maybe no one wants them and they should be taken off the rack!

This is quickly turning into a Forever 21 feel, and that is disappointing because Charlotte Russe was such a good store until these last few years.

The manager told me they don't do returns on clearance items they have no sign that says that and it's not on the receipt either

I am not one to make a review negatively on an establishment, especially without cause. I worked in customer service my whole life until a few years ago. I understand the downfalls of being understaffed, and dealing with the public in general on a whole. The individuals working at this store were so incredibly rude(only me and one other customer in the store...very slow). Maybe it's a generational thing? I am unsure...they act like you are an inconvenience when asking to get something down from up high to try on... They have zero customer service skills( Yes, this means being polite and kind to customers... especially the ones who are kind to you). If you can't be somewhat cordial to strangers (and some people cannot), customer service/sales is not for you. I am giving two stars because I like the clothing at this store. If I was the manager or owner of this chain/franchise in East Town. I would seriously reconsider the staff you have working with the people who want to buy your clothes here. I will not go back to this location again.

The clothes are cheap but the workers are rude and are snippy with you. Everything you ask them is like an inconvenience for them. There were 2 nice lady’s and 1 who acted like she didn’t want to be there. I understand how it is being short staffed and everything but seriously, a nice attitude goes a long way.
