Bill was extremely kind and friendly. My suit needed a button sewed on and I was getting on a flight in 2 days. Told Bill the situation and he dropped everything to make the repair on the spot. Great service would recommend to anyone. Go here often for dry cleaning and the service is quick and consistent. Prices are also fantastic.

I inherited my mother’s fur, and it had 2 large splits on two seams. I searched several places none of which was equipped to handle this repair until I found Suburban! They repaired, cleaned and condition my cherished coat! It’s like new and like wearing a hug from my mom! I only wish I had found them sooner! Highly recommend! Plus they were so pleasant and friendly!

Bill at suburban cleaners is an all around awesome person and excellent cleaning professional. Not only does he dry clean clothes, he also does TUX rentals for prom and weddings. I am actually going back there in a week to get fitted and buy a suit from Bill. I HIGHLY recommend Bill for cleaning or tux rentals, or if your in the market, to buy a suit!

Bill is the best! My son got measured for a tuxedo for prom at another alterations place nearby and the tuxedo did not fit! In a panic, we went to see Bill at the last minute and he completely hooked my son up with a tuxedo order on Friday and it arrived on Monday (day before prom) just as promised, and everything fit perfectly. He even gave us a $40 off coupon. He could not have been more friendly or reassuring. He's clearly an expert in what he does. He was very efficient, time effective, and thorough. You can rent anything from the shoes to the pocket squares as well and it all comes at a very fair price. I have lived, gone to school, and worked in this town for many years and Bill has always met my dry cleaning needs. When I attended Narragansett High School I rented tuxes from him for my Junior and Senior proms. I have gone to Suburban cleaners for my work uniforms, personal garments/suits. Being in the service industry I always recommend Suburban Cleaners to my coworkers and customers. Everyone I have referred has been 100% satisfied. Even my mom goes to Suburban cleaners, and if she is satisfied you know it’s the best in town.

I took my beloved vintage (late 1960’s), made in USA, Woolrich prime northern down filled vest to the dry cleaners as a last ditch effort with little hope of a resurrection. After splashing pot roast oil on it I immediately treated it with a stain remover and washed per instructions. I was so disappointed when it came out looking no better. I then proceeded to wash and dry THREE more times along with scrubbing the effected area to no avail. After all this washing I was really upset after noticing the down filling had lost a great deal more of it’s loft. I thought for sure it was ruined. I just picked it up and I’m absolutely stunned! Looks like new and puffier than it’s been in decades! I rarely write a review but this certainly calls for one. I definitely recommend this place and will go back. IMMENSE thanks to the expert/experts responsible for this little miracle!
