Such an efficient place that does it all in relation to caring for your clothes. I brought in 2 blazers, 1 dress, 2 pairs of dress pants, and 1 blouse, so 6 pieces total, and the cost was just under $80. So about $13 per piece, not bad. The customer service is exceptional and the facility and technology is state of the art. You can track your clothes online as they move through the stages of cleaning, and they document each article of clothing. And most importantly, my clothes came home smelling fresh and looking clean without a hair out of place. I will definitely be back for future cleaning, and to have some jeans hemmed.

I brought in a long gown with beads to be dry cleaned - it had a couple of small stains & was a very light champagne color. They did a wonderful job! I was amazed that they had it ready the next day, were very reasonable & helpful in answering my upfront questions/concerns. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Pier Cleaners is a locally owned and operated business. I love that. When I walked in, the attendant that helped me was kind and we had a short pleasant conversation. I received a text in 24 hours saying my blouse was ready. I went to get it, the price was fair and it was beautifully clean and pressed. Upon arrival I was met by a woman ( I cant remember her name, but she was excellent) who explained the automated process to me clearly. The process of dropping off and picking up went as smoothly as it could have. I needed a suit quicker that was promised as I am a priest and had an emergency funeral. They were able to help me with that, and my clothes were ready before promised. Im an older guy (62) who often laments the lack of customer service due to technological advancements. There is no lament here. Piers offered the best of both worlds— customer service in the midst of incredible automation. Well done. You have earned my business for as long as I'm in the area. There was excellent communication as well, with a nice welcome email and text updates about my order. I'm very happy with the service and the quality - this is now my go-to cleaner.

From letting you know when they’re coming, to having given you one of their bags to easily fill it up as you need. You have a portal to communicate your needs. Put the bag outside (in my case) . Excellent dry cleaned, folded or hanged clothes return. Very fast service, they’re friendly and helpful! I’m very happy with their service and would recommend it any time.

Pier Cleaners are professionals. The company and its’ employees are efficient, communicate clearly and quickly, provide the services and quality of service they say they will and go above and beyond customer interaction and service expectations. Love the text messages to communicate when your order is ready for pick up. The in-town Wakefield location and parking is easy and quick to access and their operating hours work for differing schedules. I have brought buttons, zippers and hems in for repair for my child’s school uniform on short notice and the turn around time and quality for cost is appreciated. I know how to sew and could repair myself; as time is of the essence in everyone’s life, I am satisfied to give the work to PC as I have experienced the work to be of high standard and lasting and, again, quicker than I could get to it myself! I have been using PC for dry cleaning needs and am highly satisfied with how clothes are cleaned and pressed. The company (and owners) gives back to the community and that says a lot about operational values and commitment to service.

Historically, they’ve always done an amazing job. Now they are automating things and it’s even better! I love pier cleaners And trust them with my most delicate and expensive garments. Not once has there ever been a failure on their part or any damage or mistreatment done to my clothing. 100% I recommend them! I’ve been going to them for 15 years. Great people who care.

The Mystic staff is fabulous. Intelligent, cheerful, creative, careful to understand my questions and answer crisply with specifics. They are count-on-able; what they say is accurate and they keep their word. And they are quick! I’m in and out in a flash.
Oh, and my clothing comes back clean and undamaged.
I’m pretty dang happy!
