Last Year my Son passed away. Without notice of course. They took care of everything for myself and Family. I would recommend them to anyone. They know it isn't a easy time 😔
An they do it all.

I would without reservation recommend this family. They displayed the utmost respect for my father and family. My father looked beautiful. At a time of confusion and extreme grief, they coordinated every aspect of the services from transport to obituary to death certificates and everything in between. I didn’t know the first thing about organizing any part of a funeral. I am grateful for their organizational skills, professionalism, patience, understanding, and direction. Thank you Suzy Quattrocchi

They provide the finest accommodations for the guest of honor. Highly recommended. Great party in the back where the dj spins the best music. Dress to impress.

Very unprofessional, insensitive and rude. I had to submit my own written obituary for my father since the one they put together was the shortest and coldest obituary I had ever read in my entire life. They also caused unnecessary drama for my family simply because I was trying to help my stepmother make some decisions. So on top of grieving the loss of my father I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I understood that I was not the next of kin but I certainly wasn't trying to take over and did not deserve to be treated in the manner that I was. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they made the process of losing a loved one far more difficult.

Mr Winfield took complete and utter advantage of me during the most difficult time of my life. I lost my Mother during the pandemic and I completely understood the challenges we were faced with. He was well aware of my feelings about the whole situation. Mr Winfield was quite the charmer and told me everything I wanted to hear to receive my business. He decided to do the old bait and switch, after my cash deposit was given to him. We were both in agreement prior to the deposit, following the deposit he reneged on our arrangement and tried to do things his way. He became rude and disrespectful, Well I ultimately told him where to go and brought my deceased Mother and Businesses to Keefe's Funeral Home in Lincoln RI where I was treated with dignity and respect. Mr Winfield is a crook and a snake, if I had the ability to give a negative star that's what he would have gotten. The man doesn't deserve to be in business and should probably go back to politics. Just saying...

Tom was rude. Not professional at all. I had an appt for the day before and I rescheduled for the next day which he did let me know about! Also his sister Charlene was rude and cold to my mom. Poor service from both of them. We regret ever going to this place. I wanted to tell him the second that I met with him that he was rude but didn’t. We felt as if as though we were bothering him. BEWARE

If I could give negative stars I would. I originally wrote the following review on their Facebook page and they thought it would be a wonderful idea to turn off their reviews and delete mine, did you think that would shut me up? WRONG
I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a facility before in my life. I will never use this facility again and I do not recommend them either. It all started with attending the meeting to arrange my father‘s services with my mother, I got the impression from Tom that we were inconveniencing him at every point in the conversation. Most questions went unanswered, and we had to repeat and remind him of things several times. I called on my mom‘s behalf one night to clarify some things as she was having a hard day and didn’t have the energy, Tom called my mother the second we hung up and told her not to have me call again, that it wasn’t my place, and he would only deal with her. Next, The wake. Hmm, let’s see, my father‘s name wasn’t just spelled incorrectly on the card for his viewing room, it was an entirely wrong name altogether (it was my uncle‘s name in fact, one who is very much alive and was in attendance at the wake.) By the time it was brought up to my mother, she went to go speak with Thomas about it and he had removed the name stand in hopes she wouldn’t see. And then shrugged it off like it wasn’t that big of a deal. They also withheld floral arrangements that were sent to the funeral home, ones which we knew about and when I asked for them, they said they weren’t received. We pressed the situation further and he gave in, went to look for them and found them. No apology, just brought them in the viewing room with an attitude. In addition to the incorrect usage of my father‘s name they spelt my mothers last name which is the same as my father‘s incorrectly on the death certificate, causing undue delays and even more grief on my mother. Also, During our initial meeting we had asked for my fathers obituary to be placed in the observer, (which is a newspaper like service in the area) and when we went to go grab numerous copies the day it should have been released we were shocked, disappointed, and disgusted to find out they never fulfilled our request. Thomas and his staff were completely and utterly disrespectful to my mother and our family during this time of grief. I will never use or recommend this funeral home, EVER! It has only made our grieving process harder and they definitely were not accountable for their actions and like I said Thomas made my mother and my siblings feel like we were an inconvenience the entire time.

We decided to go with this funeral home and it was the worst mistake. Dealing with a death is hard and this place made it worse. They never called when they said would. When we waited a few days before calling, they acted like we were bothering them. When we went to make the payment, we were treated as if we shouldn't be there. Tom was rude and his temper tantrums are ridiculous.
