Not at all happy with the unhelpful sales associate who showed absolutely no interest in greeting or assisting me.

But as soon as I posted a one-star review on Google, Nick (who I assume works in the corporate office) responded immediately with an apologetic and proactive message.

Thanks Nick! I look forward to having a better shopping experience next time I visit this location.

Hands down my favorite place to get fashionable clothes. They have the cutest items and accessories. All the employees are so helpful and make my shopping experience wonderful. Love button up!

I’d give this place 5 stars because I received great service today but when I shared with my best friend about the outfit I had purchased here she voiced to me that she had a bad experience. When she came in the gal that helped her commented on the fact that “they might not have her size.” Mind you, I’m very petite and my friend isn’t even remotely in need of plus size. But let this be a lesson, but kind no matter who or what. Everyone should be treated beyond their “size.”
