They didn't have my pickup order ready, but the manager was very apologetic, and quickly got our online order. It's Christmas time and things happen. Super nice guy, and all the employees seemed generally happy.

I am absolutely moved by the outerwordly level of customer service given by the store manager Kyle and assistant manager Tyson! It is not usual for the store manager of a store to walk the floor greeting people as Kyle did with us, but I have to say that I was amazed by how friendly and willing Kyle was to assist us. Going above and beyond to assist a customer is a dying quality in stores. NOT in Kyle's store. Please stop by and enjoy this experience.

So apparently they can help you track down items you see in the store, but at different sizes and colors than what's currently available, and then have said items shipped your place at the outlet prices. As a result, I'm a happy owner of some beautiful green and white HOVR shoes (discontinued color as of this review) in my correct size and at a discounted price, and will have another color soon! Shout out to JJ, Steven, Alonzo, and a lady whose name I didn't catch, for helping me out with that -- that just blew my mind.

And as a relative regular here, I thank all the employees for their friendly customer service, as my shopping and returns experiences have almost always been seamless.

Tons of options and great deals!

I went there today & managed to grab a couple of Cold Gear shirts & Hoodie all @ 50% off. Young lady that helped me could not have been anymore pleasant. What a delight she was. Great selection of Shorts & shirts. My only complaint would be that I didn't have more time to shop. 5 Stars!

Awesome sauce! Many quality items at very low prices! Place was clean and well organized, and staff were really helpful! Wanted to buy a lot, but my budget only allowed for the face mask... 🤣🤣🤣

Slightly cheaper than the UA website but not by too much. Nice being able to try on shoes before buying and all the staff seem super friendly. Guy at the register thought to ask if I was veteran and gave me a discount for being one which was super cool and appreciated

This store is awesome! They always have the music pumpin and help me find what I need. Just ask. I'm glad they offer a discount to people that serve our country. It's always good to know that companies appreciate the right people.

Good prices, very friendly employees, store always neat and clean. Only negative: they carry more lifestyle clothes than true athletic (very small running section) but that is not a store issue it’s corporate so full stars for this store.

Was able to find a couple of good pair of running shoes even though I'm not a runner but the support in the shoes that I have in them works well for me on my job I thought a little pricey but well worth it
