Update: I was frustrated trying to use the app that kept giving an error that my order could not be processed. Tonight was the last night of the sale. I went to the store and the items were $3 cheaper ordering on line. I showed my phone to the cashier and showed it wouldn't process and bless their hearts they have me the cheaper price. THANK YOU! That is great customer service!

Last night I took my 9 year old daughter to this location to buy all her craft supplies. She's making a wolf head that can fit over her own head. She knows exactly what she needs but just hasn't mastered the measurements. She needed a ton of different colored fabrics, foam, buckram (never even heard of this), and I have never crafted a thing in my life so wasn't much help. Marjorie took her time with my daughter and had so much patience. She was very helpful and friendly. In my 46 years Marjorie had the best customer service I've ever seen. 5 stars for Marjorie at the North Canton location!

Always love going into this store and just walk around, looking at all the new materials they have gotten in since my last visit

Went in for plain wooden picture frames that can be artistically decorated. The selection was small but I found some other really cute ideas. The selection of tshirts for crafty ideas is amazing with great prices. As usual, bought more than I came in for!

I love everything about this store. I've been shopping here for awhile and not only do they always have a good selection of stock but the ladies are phenomenal despite going through such a rough few years! Tiffany had the pleasure of cutting some fabric for me tonight and she was such a blessing to talk with. Keep it up ladies.. every single one of you!

A very very nice girl helped me with my cricket purchase. Made sure I had what I was looking for. Store is clean and I only waited in line a few minutes
Update!!! Was just in again this weekend and had such a nice lady help me with my fabric pic and measurements fir my project. Even went in the back to see if she could find me something else for my project.

Ordered some Christmas items from the website. Everything arrived in a timely matter & in great shape. Very happy. Also my daughter & I went there for their 50% off sale for yarn...they had it! Without the discount her total would have been over $70. Great way to save some serious cash!

Great sales, tons of coupon discounts and everything you could ask for in crafting supplies. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Lines are almost always long but move relatively quickly. I'm never disappointed by this because the cashiers are so attentive to the individual customer.

Other than the long line to purchase your items, this is a great store for all your crafting needs! Sign up for free coupons in your email & take advantage of the clearance items usually from the prior season's overstock. Friendly cashier & overall a positive shopping experience.

I frequent Joann at least once every 1-2 weeks. I repurpose furniture, so, the paint section and fabric department are my go-to's. This location is always organized and the staff is friendly. Plus, it's always exciting to see the red clearance tags in the area I'm shopping in!

Went here to get my birthday present-two new sewing machines. Excellent service from the Viking Sewing machine salesperson. She listened to what I wanted, asked for our budget and recommended exactly what I was looking for.

Bought my wife a sewing machine for anniversary gift. It was a very nice singer model. The lady that helped us out was very nice. (Don’t recall her name.) She also bought some fabric. She started using it within a few days and already has some stuff made. So money well spent.

Satisfied. That was 2019. This is mid May 2020. The store web page says they're open 10:00 to 7:00 today. At 10:06 I see a face in the door and ask if they're opening at 10:00... "No, 11:00" is the response. No one thinks to let the line of 50+ people who lined up at a time based on their webpage know there's still an hour to wait. In the rain. Online orders take days to process. Joann's is now my last place to shop.

I absolutely love Joann fabrics! They have everything you need for crafting and diy-ing. If you've never been I highly recommend you paying them a visit. A little pricey on some items but most of the time they have sales/ coupons and they take competitors coupons too. They are rearranging their store. Excited to see how it looks finished!

If you love crafts this is the place!! The store is huge and everything is easy to find the quality of the products are great. I've only been there once I used to go other places but from now I will never go anywhere else!!
