Customer service was great. The staff was very helpful. My husband's watch wasn't working, we thought it was the battery. It turned out to be something else. They explained all our options including repair. We ended up purchasing a new watch. We plan on going back to have the other watch repaired.

We picked out our wedding bands at Doumato Jewelers and there is no where else we would go for jewelry. Matt and his team is incredible and they are so honest. Our rings are stunning and we will be buying jewelry here forever. Thank you so much Matt!

Once inside I discovered a large and varied assortment of all things jewelry! The place is really well presented and always kept clean. It's a great showroom! I have brought numerous watches in for them to work on and in every instance, I was met with a smiling face and a friendly attitude. I will not go to another jeweler to purchase or repair mine or my wife’s watches. The all are very knowledgeable and professional with a big smile.

This was my first visit. I had a clasp on a chain break and I needed it to be fixed pretty quickly due to an upcoming vacation. I stopped in on a Friday morning asking if I could have it by Saturday evening, they actually said they would have it done by the end of the day Friday. Well just a few hours later they called and it was repaired and ready to be picked up. It was decently priced and they also cleaned the chain, it sparkled brighter than it ever had.
