Travis M is good at his job! I enjoy seeingTravis every two weeks with my oxygen order. He is very polite, makes sure you are happy with your service, very personable, and when he says he will be here at a certain time, he is right here. Travis goes above and beyond! He is definitely an employee to be proud of.

On another note, everyone I have dealt with at Hart Medical have been outstanding: Ada Mendez, Felicia, the Respiratory guy Rich, just to name the few I have contact with. I could not ask for a better company to deal with on a continuing basis.

Prompt service delivered a hospital bed and chair within 2 hrs of order placed. Cameron carried everthing to an upstairs bedroom set it up and gave me instructions on how to use the equipment.

I had a doctor's appointment when the bed was due to be delivered..the delivery driver rearranged his schedule to stay in the Lansing area until I returned home from the hospital so that he could not only make the delivery to my home, but also install the bed and spend 30 minutes answering questions about it...excellent customer service...!

She was a GREAT HELP! SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, AND VERY HELPFUL!! SHE EVEN HELPED ME BY REORDERING THE "RIGHT SIZE" OXYGEN TANKS! I NEEDED "B" TANKS AND THEY SENT "D" TANKS!!
