Red Wing - Maumee, OH

Friends and family have always recommended red wings but only now have I tried it. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left staff (specifically Alex) was very friendly and helpful. I told them my needs and wants out of shoes. And they took me through the process of selecting the shoe, measuring my foot, checking if I need an inserts, and after care for the shoes. I'm very satisfied with my shoes/inserts and will be coming back for my next pair.

Best place to purchase work boots! They take the time to make sure you are properly fitted. Harrison Floors have been doing business with the Red Wing store in Maumee, OH since 1996. They always give great customer service!

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my work boots. He was sure to go over all the requirements I needed in my boots, and helped me select the best option. He used the foot scanner and went over the scan and the boots most suitable for my feet, including inserts. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and the quality of the product.

Just needed some relatively lightweight, comfortable, well-fitting shoes with a good shank to use in gardening. After wasting time in department stores, came here, and had exactly what I wanted in a matter of minutes (thank you to the guy behind the counter – sorry I don't remember your name).

Stopped in for some work boots and was treated well. They had what I was looking for in stock and I tried on a few different sizes. I used my employer voucher and paid the difference i was in and out in less then 30 minutes. They followed all covid guidelines

I bought a pair of pull on boots on 9-1-15 and only six months later the soles were starting to come away from the boot and the waterproofing had a leak. Took them into the store and walked out hassle free with a brand new pair of boots. Awesome customer service.
