Absolutely had a wonderful meal here. Very impressed with how often the waitress checked on us to see how things were going & kept out drinks refilled. Food was hot & amazing! Large portions for a great price. Keep it up!

I'm not going to lie....I use to hate coming to this place. It had been at least 2 years since I had been. I was very hungry and the only place that didn't have a long wait. We went to the bar and had amazing service and the food was not what it use to be! We have been back several times, and we always sit at the bar with the bartender Randy. He's amazing at his job. The food comes out quick and hot. And the beer is cold!

Finally like I remembered!! I've had some bad experiences at other Chili's and I was leary of going again, but the store here did not disappoint. Food was great and the service was too!! Thanks for making my boys birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 just perfect!!

It's been awhile since I I've eaten at Chili's but one thing remains the same, "excellent casual customer service".
The dining area was slow, clean peaceful and well staffed. The food was very good. We did the lunch specials for two so I think we only spent around 40.00 including the tip. Not bad for lunch. By the way handicap parking, child safety seats, no kids at the bar
And handicap bathroom stalls.

My wife and I usually have dinner there before our 2-hour drive home after visiting our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the service has always been excellent. This latest time our server was Alissa. She was very attentive, got the food out quickly and was ahead of us getting drink refills. Great job Alissa!!!

We went with a large group of about 15 people about 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. We were able to quickly got sat together. Our server was able to get us drinks quickly and wasted no time to take our order. I expected the food to take a while but it was up quick, it was hot and everyone's good was correct. Great experience all around!

Great night! We celebrated my mother in laws 80th birthday there. Great service, great food. We had a party of 8!

I ordered soup & salad for lunch and didn't realize that a large plate of tortilla chips & salsa came with it. Those chips were DELICIOUS - thin, crispy, salty, and served warm because they're made fresh! The Caesar salad was excellent, as was the potato soup topped with scallions and bacon bits. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and it was so big, he couldn't eat it all! We will definitely go back to Chili's!!!

Food was amazing- and our server was top tier. We sat in the bar section last night and the great experience made our date night amazing. Looking forward to coming back next time we are in the area! Great job!!

The ribs are the best I've ever had in my 69 years life. The corn cob was outstanding, and I will always order it. I have told my family and friends, who live in Ada, Ohio, to go to Rossford Chili's for their ribs.
Next Wednesday, Feb, 7th, 2024 I am traveling to Toledo again and will go to this Chili's for ribs and corn. The service was great with younger, more enthusiastic servers, and The "Bells Two-Hearted Ale" is always one of my very favorites.
I am very pleased with this restaurant and my experiences there. Thank god it's not just another burger joint.

Love me some Chili's! Tried the Old Timer Burger and added bacon. It was very good! Got my free chips and salsa as usual. Can't beat a free order of chips every time I'm in there! The Miller Lite was cold as well!

Friendly staff and prompt service is what I liked about this place. The food is delicious and they served it quickly on a moderately busy weekend.

Great service, atmosphere at bar. Only downside is their Chili is more of a hot dog sauce than a true Chili. We'll be back but I'll skip the Chili.

Looking for a fast meal on my way to Michigan and Chili’s delivered perfectly. Walked in, was promptly greeted, and sat at a high top in the bar area. The server was quick to take our order. The food was good. We were back on the road in 40 minutes.

We stopped in for a last minute dinner and was worried when we walked into a nearly empty restaurant. The server was great and so was our food and drinks. We will definitely be back

Great location! All of our favorites tasted just the way they should and the service was excellent!

We had a 35-minute wait, but it went fast, then service and food happened pretty quickly.

Food was hot and delicious. Waitress was very friendly and had everything out in a timely manner. If I could rate the service higher then 5 I'd give our Waitress 20 stars
