This bagel shop is AMAZING. Not only is the food delicious (my favorites are the Southern Tradition bagel sandwich and the deep dish apple pie muffin), but the staff are all so nice. On top of that, Scott, the owner makes everyone feel like they're family from the time they walk in the door until they walk back out the door. Now that they've opened another location in Folsom, when more people will get to experience this great business.

such an amazing atmosphere, specially because the employees and who i believe to be the owner. very kind people and the best bagels. i have family in NY and this exceeds expectations!! also they have muffins, sandwiches, coffee, everything is exceptional quality.

Very much a great breakfast experience. I came in on an early rainy morning and it's refreshing to be welcomed in. The manager very much treats those that walk in as part of the community which makes you comfortable to talk about the menu and choices. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty thick, bagels alone are large to begin with. Bagels Freshest in the morning as one would expect, with a large variety. It's a very small place next to Safeway and papa Murphys but it's a large parking lot so no issue parking.

The best bagels ever!!!! The staff are super sweet, fast paced, and the best customer service! The owners Stacy and Scott are two of the sweetest people you will meet! Could not recommend this place more!

Quick and tasty. On a main drag, so easy access and lot of parking. Breakfast sammy is substantial for the price. Staff is friendly and seems to enjoy thier work. A few spots to sit make this more of a take out option. Would be back for more.

My boyfriend and I always stop by here for breakfast when we're in the area. This places has some delicious bagles. Our favorite is the southern bagel sandwich! Customer service is always amazing and there is rarely ever a long wait to get your food. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I can't explain how great the bagel sandwiches are and especially the muffins. If it was possible I could eat here every day for lunch and not get tired of it. The staff is awesome also. It's just a great environment to stop into and grab lunch at. Give it a try you will not be disappointed 👍

Even though the store was officially closed I still got the muffin from one of the team members. It made me feel as such a well take care of customer. I will definitely go back there once they are open.

We are new to the area and found BAB. Been here several times for tasty bagels and a comfortable, clean store. The people behind the counter are friendly, get the order right and do a good job. If I had recommended improvements it could be ensuring both sides of the bagel get addressed during the cooking (I.e., salt on both sides), maybe smaller sized bagels, and an updated music track. of course everyone has an opinion. I like to support no chain local businesses so that’s important.

We love this place for the food and the friendly staff. We have little kids and they inevitably make a mess. The first time we ate here in 2017, after moving from the Bay Area, was a real surprise for us to get such a friendly welcome despite our messy kids (which we always felt judged for in the Bay). Since becoming regulars, the owner Scott now supports our non-profit with donations of food and gift cards. We’re so lucky to have this great business in our community.

What a neighborhood gem. I love supporting local family owned businesses, and here's another one to add to my list. Delicious bagel sandwiches, clean, super friendly service (including Scott, the owner), and they take Covid precautions to keep the staff and patrons safe. They also have patio tables which is especially important these days.

First of all - really nice people, so makes the experience enjoyable and creates a good atmosphere. It's nice to have people behind the counter that seem to like having people come in - unlike Starbucks, but that's another issue.

Second, the bagels are GREAT - nice and dense, not hamburger-bunny like some (all?) of the grocery store brands. Love a good bagel!

Everything here is made on site, the owner was there and he gave amazing service even amidst the quarantine. The bagels were amazing and he threw in 2 muffins because he overheard us saying how good they looked. The BLT bagel was lit and the berry crumb muffin slapped. 10/10

Great bagels, great sandwiches, great pastries and other beverages. People who work there are super friendly

When family comes from out of town we plan a morning for a bagel breakfast and either do take out the day before or go to the cafe the morning of. When one of us has a birthday, we like to go here for our birthday breakfast. Sometimes we purchase a few extra bagels to have in the freezer. The muffins look positively sinful (I've only tried their bagels) and my daughter says their sandwiches are pretty amazing, too. There's such a huge variety of everything. The employees and owners have always treated us very hospitable, almost as if we were having coffee in their kitchen. :-) Love this place!
