Had my drive cable snap on my snowblower, and I took it up there to the shop and they were very helpful, gave me a price for the job and as promised the repair was done on time and wasn’t to much difference in the price that was quoted to me.

Great service excellent selection actually in stock, all high-end equipment - Echo, Stihl, Toro. The guys are really helpful, prices are good. I'm a repeat customer, they always have a good supply. The guys are really helpful in comparing features of the different models and different brands.

These guys are awesome - only ones who had part I needed and then helped me buy parts at better price. Also great advice to troubleshoot my CubCadet - they nailed it.

This is a great place to buy equipment and parts from knowledgable people. The parking can get a little crazy at times and there really aren't any great places to park a truck and trailer during busy times but this is a small issue.

Went in for a part on a tailgate salt spreader and the guys were quick and polite. I had the parts called in ahead of time and they were waiting there for me when I arrived. They offer parts and products from: Stihl, echo, Toro, and more. Overall a good place to get a fix on something or maybe even something new.

Need a tire for my mower and put on the rim. They did both for me in less than two hours.

I was more than impressed with the overall customer service I recently received. I was sold a better product at a lower price. It was not in a box, they had it full of gas, a employee at the door to show me how to operate, and they saved me time and money. I highly recommend them for all your Outdoor Power Equipment needs.

These guys are great to deal with. Have done exchanges when needed and really take care of their customers. Don't even consider buying equipment from a big box store. They won't be there to service you and the little extra you might pay dealing with a local company is well worth it.

I took my Troy-Bilt mower that I purchased at Home Depot to Sohars for service under the factory warranty. Staff was professional and repair was completed in a timely manner consistent with the timeframe they said when I dropped it off. Definitely will use them again

Took my chainsaw in, was having trouble getting it started. The service guy took in the back and got it started pretty quickly. Brought it back out and didn't charge me a dime. Have taken a snowblower in for service in the past and found the prices very reasonable. Always get you set up right, great place👍👍

It was worth the hour drive from Youngstown. Needed a bag and metal clamp ring for my little wonder hpv. Everyone I called could not find the correct clamp/or if so, it would be 5 days to get in. Sohars had both pieces in stock, and for $90.00 cheaper than the other 4 places I called. I also bought a shindaiwa 910 backpack too. Very friendly staff, ill drive there again for purchases.

These guys are truly Pros , the proof is the incredible wait any time of year when you drop off equipment to be repaired. I can tell you that I have had them service virtually all of my outdoor yard equipment and it's worth the wait. They're extremely professional and honest , I've had them fix something at no charge when they could have told me it was a costly repair and I never would have known the difference. They only sell top-of-the-line equipment mostly geared towards professionals. This is not for people looking for Home Depot quality Equipment.

So nice to find a place to buy yard equipment that isn't a big chain. Great service, very knowledgeable, helped us set up the chainsaw. Great inventory of Echo, EGO, and others. Great prices. We'll be back!

Great place. Good staff. I saw an ad for a lawn tractor on Facebook marketplace, I messaged them and asked a few questions (to which they responded very quickly), and I went in and bought it the same day. They answered all my questions, started the mower in front of me, and had my delivery scheduled and me out the door within 15 minutes. Great experience overall.
