El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant

We LOVE El Vaquero, especially the Perrysburg location. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Food is served fresh and quickly. El Vaquero is our go to Mexican restaurant in the greater Toledo area. We have dined at El Vaquero on regular basis for 10 years! Naturally we have our favorites but also venture into trying new items from time to time, regardless of what we choose we always leave full and happy! If you haven’t stopped in yet we highly recommend you check it out!

Nice place. Food was decent. I got some street tacos or corn tacos. Whatever you want to call them. I only wanted two. But the waiter said I had to order a whole meal with them. So that was three tacos plus beans or rice. So that was kind of off-putting. But whatever. Food was okay. Kind of pricey for a few tacos.

Fast and friendly service. Great tasting food, huge list to order from. Keeps us coming back to try new menu items. This place sets the bar for Mexican food in Perrysburg Ohio.

Jenny's service was fabulous!!! The drinks and food are perfect! Not too much food and great flavor!!!

If you didn't know already, the restaurant has remodeled inside! New booths, tables and chairs, and artwork! It looks amazing! My fiancé and I went for the Valentine's Day dinner and had truly the best experience. Service was 10/10! Our waitress was so prompt, kind, and welcoming! Not to mention, she took our full order and once and the food service was SO FAST! We had the valentines special which consisted of 2 margs, fajitas for two, and fried icecream for desert. We didn't get charged any up charges for modifications or flavors which is always a plus. The cashing out process was easy & the live music tonight for Valentine's was a great touch! Definitely recommend & will be returning!

They catered our party of 50+ people & delivered & set up for us. They were very kind and Carlos was very helpful when we talked on the phone - helping me figure out just the perfect amount we would need

Beautiful place, always clean. Great service and awesome food. A little pricey for Mexican food but not basic like other places so we don’t mind so much.

Sergio did a great job - always checking in to make sure we were ok and had what we needed. Great food and fun DJ tonight.

Went after work with friends. The service was excellent. As soon as I sat down our server was there. Some of our party came later but were quickly served. I had shrimp tacos which were delicious. The guacamole was fresh and all the food items were brought to the table quickly and was very hot. The only downside was the loud crowd at the bar. I would not hesitate in recommending El Vaquero to friends and family.

Sergio was amazing! Super great food and affordable price. Always a nice atmosphere too.

We were greeted by a friendly staff. Great restaurant. Come with a huge appetite. They serve ALOT. Great price. Great food. Love it and highly recommend! Service was also great.

Prices were fair food was abundant and delicious. Waitress was friendly and courteous. Great time.

This place has the BEST variety of foods I've ever seen. Like EVER. You'll have trouble choosing from even just the descriptions. Everything sounds so good! And, everything IS good. The Avacodillos, Good God Gertie. So goooood. The drinks are all made from scratch and not processed. Best Mexican food I've where had!

Found this place while traveling from the East coast. Food was fresh and delicious and our server was friendly and responsive. Great find!!
