I will NOT go to another GoWireless retailer. they are so personal and so amazing. they truly take their time and try to find you the best deals and when my phones messed up, they really sit down and figure out whats wrong and what a good solution would be. This week was the second time going in for new phones. First was my husband and I, and the second for my mother. Both times we were helped by Jon and Treston, both times they were very knowledgable and extremely kind. Great experiences, thanks so much for making it easy for us. They switched an old woman from a landline to a cell, and kept her phone number for her..she is so happy and so am I.

Treston was by far the best customer service employee on this Earth, not only was he polite, but his kindness and humor made a bad day turn upside down, he should be the model for customer service
