The UPS Store

I come to this store every single day with packages. I have never had an experience of people being rude, on the contrary. Francesca for instance noticed that a package for amazon needed a box that I missed, she immediately picked one of the used ones that was in the trash to help me out. I have however, noticed customers being very rude to the ladies that are just trying to do their job. If you are polite, they will do whatever it takes to help you.

I guess they turned the place around. The woman today saturday 10am she instantly knew what I needed grabbed an envelope and got it done. Very fast and efficient. Thanks

Always outstanding service! The ladies there are amazing. Always helpful. Running a small business and having them in my backyard helps a ton. Wouldn’t want to go to a different UPS store if I had to.

Always friendly and ready to ask if I need assistance. It’s the day after Christmas and they are open where the Brecksville location (where I have my mbx) has been closed Thursday, Fri. Sat before Christmas and now closed today. I think I will be moving my business address to the customer-focused Fairlawn location.

I was shipping a large number of packages. I had been to multiple locations closer to me and had been told they would not create the labels, I had to many to do in store. I called this location and talked to Susan and she said come on in! She spent an hour+ helping me get my employee appreciation packages labeled and shipped out. She was friendly and went well out of her way to help me while still helping others that came in during that time. She even personally called when one came back with a bad address and helped me fix it. Nothing but perfect service here when no other location would help me! Thank you Susan.

Everyone at this store is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and hard working. I have shipped packages to Israel, Arkansas and Tennessee without any problems. I needed a bit of tape the other day, and because I am not a rude worthless geezer, I was supplied tape. Actually, the super friendly manager taped the box herself! (I think they would supply tape to everyone, unlike at the Wadsworth store). Just FYI, the UPS truck picks up all of the packages at 6 pm, so make sure to be there on time. I honestly can't think of any complaints that a normal sane person could post about this place or any of its workers. They even will take my mail and sell stamps!

Stopped in to send out 5 packages late Friday afternoon. I dreaded going into the store at such busy time. I was helped by Susan, the clerk. She was SO efficient and pleasant... processing the packages, putting them in boxes and preparing the shipment. Wow! Is was so amazed at how pleasant she made the experience. She's a keeper!

I have had my business address at this location since 2006 and have received hundreds of packages and shipped hundreds of packages. I have never had an issue with the staff. They have always been friendly, even when swamped. I have had packages missing, but hey have always assisted in locating and tracking down the packages. I am not sure why some people have had issues here. If I don't tape a package or if they think it isn't taped well enough, they make sure it is secure for shipping.

Francesca and the crew at this store are the best. Always have a friendly service and quick to get through their long lines. I always go to this location and no where else

I come here often to ship packages, notorizations and print documents. Always have been treated politely and professionally. Service is very quick and easy. Even when it's busy, the employees are working hard, fast and courteously.

I am not sure what is going on with these reviews but I have been using this location (Fairlawn) for years and have NEVER had a problem. Every employee that I have encountered has been very helpful to me and far from rude! One thing I can say as someone who deals with the public on a daily basis, everyone has a bad or off day from time to time and I do not believe in "the customer is always right," specially if the customer comes in with an awful attitude and proceeds to take it out on employees then in turn goes back and say it was the employees fault. Uhhmmm no, that is not how things work! UPS workers are not "The Help" or "House elves" and deserve better treatment.

I had to send a back a book I rented, and I didn't have any tape at home for the label. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and told me it would just be a one dollar taping charge. I was in and out in less than two minutes. Great customer service!

Suzzane is one of the best workers I have ever encountered. She makes transactions easy. She is consistent and knowledgeable of her duties. I do business there because of her.

Manager rude she is very unprofessional and gets smart doesn't Carry herself like one this is the 3 rd time I've came in and she's on the phone or computer however the other young lady was helpful
