I loved dealing with LL Flooring! I searched for a while for affordable flooring and found this place. They were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my indecisiveness. Abby was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. Their prices are great and for a better product than some other local stores. The other associates there were also super helpful. There was a nice vibe between the staff. Highly recommend!

The staff is attentive and honest with my questions about the flooring I am purchasing.

Their flooring choices were superior to Refloor and Lowes and a better price. They took extra time to explain the product, what to look for, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The associates had good follow-up but were not pushy or too salesman-like, just honest and helpful. They told me when a sale was coming so I saved more on the flooring and the installation was also a good price. Hopefully it will be installed well so I can say I had a great experience from beginning to end :)

Small showroom with a large selection of flooring! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products they offer whether you are at their storefront, or on the phone!! I'm not a big DIY person, but with their guidance I'm beginning to be!!! Only draw back is I wish I had more floors to do!! When the time comes, I'll definitely be back as they have all gained my trust and respect with their outstanding staff!!

This company only deals in hard surface flooring so they know thier product. The staff was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Lots of sale items and they are shipping us samples to look at in our home. Don't hesitate to give them a chance at your flooring needs.

Even though they were very busy when we went in, we got excellent service. The manager made sure to work with us so that we had our flooring in on time. And they were even great about taking back un-opened flooring! Highly recommend!
