It's actually Big B coffee, but the wife loves it. Everyone is very friendly, it's clean, and they don't laugh at me for not knowing the coffee ' names and terms' I personally hate coffee. But I will keep going back to make the wife happy

Always very helpful and professional. I've purchased many pieces of hardware from them over the last 20 years, including 3 PC towers and a laptop, and have never had a problem. They are very helpful on the phone, too. I've seen lots of different faces behind the counter but the service has never changed, that speaks to their good corporate philosophy. So glad they are around for us old timers who don't do everything on their phones!

Great staff, excellent customer service, very knowledgeable. Gave me the best lowest cost option to resolve my issue. I have never had a better experience with a computer tech than I had today. Went into the store looking for an ATX power cable. The store was very clean, well stocked, and Josh (who was working at the time) was very helpful and informed. 10/10 recommend the Woodville rd location for convenience

Anthony was very helpful. Took the "discount" to heart and gave me an alternative solution that worked out much better then what I proposed which allowed me to return a computer part from another store, saving over $100.

The copymax people here are especially talented in what they do the workers have great computer knowledge, which is a plus!!! Not all locations do but this one does, and the staff in the store are friendly and are willing to help in any way they can.

Assuming they would have computer paper which they didn't have it on display but the manager in this store which was helping out came thru and sold me a pack they had in the back!! Thank you for your effort!!
