Lovely independent bookstore with knowledgeable and friendly service. Organized well and kept clean. Great selection! Used books as well!

An author had indie store volumes of her book available. Gathering Volumes pre ordered for me. They were very nice and professional. The store was clean and easy to find things. They had more than books as well. Definitely will be going back.

Denise has a wonderful store! We just held a local author book signing event and it couldn't have gone any better. Denise and the staff were flexible and attentive to our needs...the author had some great interactions with his fans and everyone walked away excited. Thanks for all you do!

Lovely bookstore! I have been here a few times. I was greeted each time and they always offer help. I was recommended Uprooted last time, based on my preferences, and thoroughly enjoyed it 😊 They also offer email notifications for upcoming arrivals at the store!

This is a truly lovely independent bookstore with an amazing wide selection of books given the overall size of the store. There is even a used book section and discounted books. Wonderful children’s selection. So wonderful to have an independent bookstore in our area.

I have only been there once, to photograph a book signing, but to me this looks like a typical independent books store like would be found in a college town (I live in Ann Arbor myself). The store fills a niche, the staff is knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping by if in the area or for those based closer than I making this their regular book store.

Excellent independent bookstore! The store is always clean and very well organized. Its extremely fun to shop here whether you come in knowing what you want or if you just want to browse for a new read. In addition to their brick and mortar store they also have a great website that makes it super easy to reserve books or have them special order something for you. The staff is always very kind and willing to answer any questions in person or over the phone. Couldn't recommend this store more highly.

I always shop here when looking for gifts for my nieces and nephews! They have great recommendations based on age, reading level, and interests. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will order it and have it for you quickly!

Stopped here for a last-minute gift. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The store is laid out well with everything from young readers to young adult to fiction, non-fiction, and lots of smaller items. I left with the perfect book and a couple smaller items in no time at all. Wonderful to browse and good selection to buy.

Store is on the smaller side but they make good use of their space! Well stocked and organized. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

This is absolutely the greatest little bookstore ever. Independent local store run by a great lady, Denise and her family. She is kind, smart, and very generous. She holds events at the store all the time and has really made more than just a bookstore. She has made a place for the community to gather and meet and talk and become friends.

I'm in love with this place. They have a readers club for kids and many events that the owner hosts. The selection of books is really, really good. As in I can't imagine anyone could walk in there and not find something they would enjoy. Definitely give this place a try. It's especially good if you're interested in reading suggestions for children (via the owner).

While visiting Perrysburg for work, I stumbled across this place. This is a fantastic bookstore! There is a wide selection of books covering a variety of categories. The owner is knowledgeable and honest. She was incredibly helpful and generous with her time! If I am ever back in this area, Gathering Volumes will be on my Must-Visit list!!

Can't say enough good things about this lovely, local bookstore! Denise is the best - always helpful, always kind and personal, and always able to get the books I want/need.

Really enjoy coming here. If what you want isn't on the shelf just ask and they will order it. They host events that are open to all, and frequently have authors in the store to talk about their books. Want to talk price, maybe you can buy it cheaper on amazon, does amazon host local authors, have harry potter trivia, general literary trivia, book clubs, puzzle night? WORTH EVERY PENNY to support this local business.
