I NEVER write reviews but I had to due to the Exceptional service provided and professionalism of this pharmacy. Ever since I transferred my Rx's to this business I have never been disappointed.
PS. 99% of the time they ANSWER the phone and you speak to a person to get your questions answered.

Totally recommend for those who have eczema and melasma. Dewey has helped my cousins and my grandma so much. They are grateful for his help.

The most pleasant pharmacy I've ever experienced! I accompanied a friend who was getting their Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine. It was a walk-in with no appointment required. They were very professional and the person administering the shot was very gentle. We waited 15 minutes afterward (to make sure my friend didn't experience any allergic reaction) and then we were on our way.

Dr. Dewey and his staff are so professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Kind, compassionate, world-class customer service is their number one priority, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate and help. Whether it's finding ways to save you money, square away your insurance, or thoroughly check to make sure you're receiving the exact right medication, Dr. Dewey and his staff will always come through for you. They are so pleasant, friendly, open, and honest that I am still using Vitality as my primary pharmacy even though I've moved 600 miles away. Their service, dedication, and warm hearts just can't be beat!

I want to let everybody know what a wonderful place of business Vitality Pharmacy is. Hands down the best pharmacy. They take care of my 80 year old mother and all our family. They handle all of us with lots of care and compassion. We’re much appreciated for them and totally recommend to any other persons or family to try them out. I honestly can’t thank the Pharmacist and staff at Vitality Pharmacy enough. I only got the Covid vaccine because I had to for work so I was nervous and crying. They were SO, so kind & patient with me today. The Pharmacist even took time to help me with calming essential oils prior to the vaccine. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I had never heard of Vitality Pharmacy until my dermatologist recommended using them. I was blown away from their vibrant designs and colors, met with professional, and welcoming staff. The customer service was astounding, quick, and straight to the point. Dr. Ton is very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. I am going to send all of my prescription there. I can't tell how much time I spent at CVS, not to mention the frustration.

Highly recommend Vitality Pharmacy. 5 stars all the way in service and professionalism! The pharmacist and staff are very professional, kind, and prompt with their service. No long lines or long waits. And most of all, they have genuine care for patients, and you feel this the moment you walk in to the pharmacy. If you are in the Folsom area, give them a try, even if you just walk in and look around, and for sure you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. As a bonus, they have a wide variety of OTC and skin care products!

Dewey and the staff at Vitality Pharmacy in Folsom are simply the best!! They treat customers as if they are extended family members and proactively address any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend them and hope to be a part of the extended family for a long time to come :-)

This pharmacy is not only beautiful and clean but have wonderful staff! They took the time to help calm me with aromatherapy before receiving a shot. I have a fear of needles but they were so friendly and caring!
