Holiday Inn Express Salem, an IHG Hotel

This hotel lived up to all of my expectations. It was clean, there was always someone at the front desk, and it was quiet. The shower had great water pressure. We did didn’t use the pool or fitness facilities, but from what I could see they were clean and in good repair. Our stay was uneventful, exactly what I wanted.

This hotel and little town was perfect! Stayed at this hotel one night didn’t want to leave and even thought about staying again due to the beds. The beds are the most comfortable best mattresses I’ve had at a hotel. I was in a king size bed and wouldn’t change a thing you gotta go try this hotel for a good night sleep! The staff was so friendly and helpful too!

Had one of my best hotel sleeps here! Beds were amazing, breakfast was good too. Definitely worth $125 to come back again!! Very clean place.

As you walk in to the hotel you can tell staff maintains the place extremely well. Rooms were in Excellent conditions and Clean. Hotel staff was professional, friendly, very attentive and always willing to help their customers. The have cleaning stations which is amazing. Tells you they care about everyone's safety. Complimentary Breakfast was amazing everything was fresh and well stock and the pancake machine was a hit for me. Definitely will recommend this place to Everyone.

From the moment we walked in we had the best experience. All staff were friendly, courteous, and immediately went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Jenny was exceptional and does above and beyond for the guests. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always stocked and ready for everyone. We will stay here every time we visit Salem!

Wish every hotel were as nice! The staff is amazing, very quick to exceed your every need! The breakfast has a great selection of food and beverage. The room is spotless, bed is very comfortable, and they even offer multiple firmness pillows that are FULL SIZED!!! The manager is very friendly, and will stop at nothing to please! We will stay nowhere else when we are anywhere nearby!

Hotel was recently just either renovated or opened. Everything was very clean and comfort. The bed was very nice with good pillows. Excellent selection of channels on the tv and a fridge that kept beer real cold. Breakfast was great too.

Jenna's customer service was far and above other Holiday Inn Express's that I have stayed at. She even brought extra pillows up to my room. I highly recommend the Salem Holiday Inn Express!!

Our family travels quite a bit and this Holiday Inn Express is the nicest we've ever stayed at so far. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfasts​ with a large dining area, beautiful rooms, as well as a pantry and a pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express Salem was a great hotel. The bed were big and comfortable, the pool was nice, the bathrooms were beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was yummy. I will definitely be using this hotel or others in its chain again when traveling.

We had a very short stay, because we arrived so late. The hospitality was great. Breakfast just awesome. Hope to return soon and stay longer.

Very welcoming! Our room was very clean, the pool was nice and the snacks weren't over the top expensive. Over all a pleasant stay, we enjoyed it!!

This is the perfect location for someone that wants to be near plenty of grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants. There is a 24 hour Walmart across the street, Subway, McD's, Arby's, Chinese buffet, Burger King, Dollar store, and many many more. The Salem Community Hospital is 1 min away (God forbid you need it). Great staff, room, breakfast, quick and easy check in/out.
I would just recommend that they add more lighting to the parking lot because it is still pretty dark at night.
Also, many people seemed to be smoking at the main entrance a lot so a "smoking" area off to the side would be nice. I will absolutely come to this hotel again for my next stay!
