Presidential Family Dental

Dr. Strong and his staff were amazing with my grandmother. The last dentist she went to really traumatized her and she has not been back to one since that experience in the early 90’s. She has a tooth that was infected and loose. Dr. Strong put her on an antibiotic for a few days then brought her back in to pull it a few days later. They made sure each time she was in the office that she was comfortable and explained everything they were doing so she knew. She and I were both very pleased with the experience. She is now feeling better about going back to get her teeth cleaned, and have any other work done to her teeth.

I appreciate Dr. Strong and the fabulous staff. I had a strong fear of dentists, but they made the process of putting in a crown easy and painless. I was actually dozing in the chair! Best dentist ever!

Another visit today and let me just say I love this place I got my fillings and the doctor was awesome, then got my cleaning from Jackie who was very nice. Thank you to Lexi and Aubrey these young ladies are amazing and are so very friendly!

Office staff was extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Strong was very thorough and performed my procedure with very minimal discomfort. He was very easy to talk to and explained each and every step in what was going to happen, Lexxi could not have been nicer in trying to ease any anxieties. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were professional and knowledgeable. The dentist and assistant both took the time time to explain all the options.

From front desk, assistant to the Dr himself, all friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Not rushed and explained everything with option. Always letting me know it was my choice so nothing forced. Still new to office but so far pleased & I am very picky when it comes to medical & dental practices these days. Would recommend ! Here your a patient and not a number ! How refreshing for a change. Thank you 👍

We have been patients here since Dr Wagner retired and Dr Gagni took over. Love the whole crew. Valarie is so knowledgeable and caring. Jackie who cleans my teeth is very personable and friendly. And they all do a great job. Dr Strong is very nice and does his best to make you comfortable.

Great office with friendly staff. Easy to schedule and our appointment was on time. Cleaning was pleasant with friendly hygienist and a great dentist in Dr TJ. The personal care and attention they give is greatly appreciated!

The staff are great. Friendly and professional. They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment when my implant crown popped off. Fixed it better than the original work.

I called in pain and they got me in right away. Both the doctor and assistant were so caring and compassionate. They were quick to take care of me and refer me to someone who could take care of the problem. I so much appreciated them

I had a very old large silver filling replaced today. The staff, the dentist, and the whole experience( although never my favorite place to go) was great. Thank you for being kind and gentle

We love this office. Everyone is so friendly, we are always greeted with smiles. and remembers all of our names when we come in. They even remember that we are a no fluoride family. I love that they listen to my kiddos babble on about details of their lives and they remember and converse with them. It’s also wonderful that they are sure to schedule my kids cleanings at the same time so that it’s not a long process and we are in and out of the office quickly. We are thankful for such great service right here in Marion.

I love the experiences I've had at Presidential Family Dental!!! The office staff are always very friendly. Dr. Strong and Lexxi were AWESOME during my visit and I've ALWAYS had a good experience with my hygienist, Amy!!!

I know when I walk into Presidential Dental I will be treated with kindness and respect, they will thoroughly discuss with me any treatment options and give me great dental care by a whole office full of marvelous folks…what else could you want?

4-month Update: 2/3 of way through a molar extraction and implant process, and I couldn’t be happier. They explain everything before we proceed and are just so good at their jobs. I trust them to provide me dental care with respect and friendliness.

Very friendly, great energy, budget friendly and includes you into their conversation even if you don’t know much about dentistry. They are funny and treat you like family.

I loved that after the x-rays were done, you see the Dentist before you get your teeth cleaned. Felt it was more of a personal touch. The Hygienist was excellent.

Best dental experience in years! Numbing without pain and quicker than at other practices, drilling without pain, in and out in very reasonable time, not left sitting in the chair for long periods of time while they assisted other patients.

I saw Dr. Strong for the first time today! I was please with my visit! The office girls are very friendly and kind easy to talk to. And Dr. Strong was very nice and took time to respond to my questions and explain everything to me! I would recommend them!
