Went here to have my tires replaced. They ordered the tires I wanted, got me on the schedule and got me in and out in the hour and a half they quoted me. All the technicians were nice and professional!

Hello Costco Tire Center,

I'd like to thank your employee Marc who helped me out today. One bar of my car trunk suddenly broken after I finished shopping at Costco. The trunk couldn't be closed. So I went to your center to ask for some help. Marc voluntarily helped me remove the broken bar. I really appreciate his help. I am glad your Center has a such good heart staff. Now I know where to go for my next tire replacement.

My tires were on in 2 hours, showed up at 7pm, done at 9pm. Be patient and nice and your tires will get done fast!

I needed to get my tire fixed, didn't have an appointment, but they took me as a walk-in, informing me that it would be about 3-4 hours before they could work on my car. All technicians were extremely nice and stated they would call once completed or if there was more going on with the car I didn't know about. They called about 4 1/2 hours later, stating what they worked on. Fixed the issue and were very helpful! I will continue to purchase my tires here because of the outstanding customer service!!!

The tire center is great. A huge shout out to the guy there with the exquisite braided beard. He is a cross between Papa Smurf and a friendly Viking warrior. He's a great guy and super helpful.

Everything was quick and easy. They replaced 4 tires in the time it took me to shop and grab a slice of pizza. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Hit a pot hole and had a blown tire. Friendly, helpful staff. They went above and beyond putting my spare and all the jack components back into the trunk in the correct order.
