All Flooring OH did a SUPERIOR job replacing all the flooring on our first floor. From beginning to end I felt Daniel, his crew and the scheduler, Rachel, communicating, showing up on time, fulfilling the contractual agreements and following up on the job.
They even rebuilt our stairs, painted the railing and spindles. It. Looks. Phenomenal.

If you are looking for new flooring, All Flooring Ohio just finished our flooring. We highly recommend! Charlie did such an amazing job installing the hardwood and Daniel the co-owner came to our place every day to make sure we were happy with the process. He also brought us a new Bona floor cleaner to make sure we had the right device to clean our floors properly. Above and beyond for sure! Shout out to Eli too for the assist!

All Ohio Flooring replaced all the main flooring, as well as our stairs & landing, with AquaLok vinyl laminate. The quality of the product is outstanding and the installation was excellent. Daniel, Andy, & Isaac were not only skilled and efficient, but tidy & clean as well. Rachel provided a quote within 24 hours of taking measurements and invoicing & payment procedures were smooth & seamless.

We keep getting lots of comments on our new floors by All Flooring Ohio! Seamless transitions though our entire first floor and then up the steps into the hallway on the second floor. It was quiet the project, but beautifully put together and completed every step of the way! So happy with our choice to go with luxury vinyl planks with a rigid core.

Daniel and Rachel are great people to work with! Great selection to choose from. We had vinyl planking installed in 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom, the landing, and stairs. Their crew did a great job.

My experience with all flooring Ohio was amazing. I haven't had them do the install I did that myself but I have had them recommend a flooring. Rachel was amazing with helping pick the right style and color. I will be heading back for more flooring options for my carpeted areas and wood flooring. Very very helpful. Thanks Rachel.

Where do I start... Daniel and his team is unbelievable. A basement flooding issue turned into a blessing. What was a meh basement with carpet that was just ok and really just a space we were not too interested in spending any time in has been transformed into a completely different space.
He never gave us what we just wanted to hear, he was real and offered his best professional opinion. We went a little over what we had originally thought but it was incredibly worth it and in no way was his prices excessive. Also, his team was very professional and quick!
For a very recently built home, All Flooring Ohio did a better job on our flooring at a better price than our builder did after getting the upgraded flooring from them.
It’s no question who we will reach out to when we replace all the carpet upstairs, definitely the All Flooring Ohio team!

We have been remodeling our basement and finally reached the point of carpet for the stairs. I have shopped for many things over the years, but carpet was a new one for me. I called all sorts of places and install was out at least a month, much less an estimate wait on top of that! I walked into All Flooring, told Daniel and Rachel what I was looking for and not only did they have the product (and the quote) immediately but it was installed the very next day! It was quick, painless, and affordable. I cannot thank them enough for their swift assistance! Already referring my mother in law to them. Highly recommend!

Had Carpet and Vinyl flooring installed. The installation work was superb and completed in a very timely manner. Some minor issues related to slight damages and customer service.

If you proceed with this company, do not under ANY circumstances, pay them the 2nd or final payment until your job is ENTIRELY complete and you are 100% satisfied--NO excuses from them. Every nail is in, every board is down, and even every speck of sawdust has been swept up. "We'll talk to the manufacturer and touch base in a week" will easily turn into 6 months; you are now not their priority & might not be happy with the finished product. You can imagine how many messages they sent about that last payment vs. when we were looking for answers related to our incomplete job. We erred against our better judgement & suffered the consequences.

AFO said the project would take 2 weeks, but it took 6 months and still isn't "done."

I can't stress enough how great the 1st crew was that showed up to install the wood floors. They had an excellent system & were quite efficient. Their craftsmanship was great & we're really happy with their portion of the work. They are a big reason, almost the sole reason, that my rating is not a flat "1."

The only snafu that came up was the flooring company shipped the wrong color for stair noses. They AFO know about the issue and AFO contacted the distributor. They said they would get the right ones sent out and 'should' arrive before the rest of wood flooring is done.

We immediately started getting contacted about our final payment. This was concerning because the carpet portion still hadn't been completed and the wood flooring portion was still waiting on the right materials from the distributor.

The carpet crew that showed up was nothing like the first flooring crew. They showed up reeking of smoke and left our house smelling the same way. It's quite off-putting to need to open the windows for days at a time to get the smell of cigarettes out of your daughters' rooms due to an installation crew.

The distributor sent the wrong stair noses a 3rd time & AFO had contacted us again for final payment with the reassurance that the stair noses & remaining trim in our bathroom would be finished promptly; we, regretfully, provided it even with the project not done.

There was quite a bit of back-and-forth because the manufacturer could not get the color correct, and AFO suggested that they could stain the stair noses that did arrive to match the rest of the flooring. I dropped off 3 portions of flooring that were scraps from what had been put down.

After MONTHS of us asking when we would be scheduled, being ghosted for a week at a time after delayed responses, getting a date, then having the date taken away, asking again (and again, and again) we finally got an install date. At no time did we feel like we were any kind of priority for the company or owners. This install only took 3 hours and you'd think they could find that time, even after hours, for a customer that had been waiting for over 6 months & was incredibly frustrated at this point. Imagine spending $30,000 on new floors and they can't find 3 hours to finish the job after 6 months & already having paid.

When the install date finally came, the crew that showed up was rough and spent the entire 3 hours arguing with each other. It was unprofessional, even worrying, that this company would choose to have a crew represent them like this. Imagine being in your home and listening to two strangers argue for 3 hours--it's beyond exhausting and makes you uncomfortable IN YOUR HOME.

And the coup de grâce to this: the stair noses still didn't match. The installers noticed it, mentioned it to each other, & then contacted the owner. She said it was OUR fault because we only dropped off one sample (we dropped off 3) and it only picked up a darker portion of the colors in the floor. She followed up with an e-mail on how we could add bleach to soften the color of the stain. I'll remind: we paid more than $30k for this.

They only ever want to deal In cash. Their quote to do my house was 4xs American floor source, the guy who represented the company at the estimate was named Daniel, could tell right away the guy was crooked. Very pushy on sales had the “I’m out of money and need your deposit to go on feel” I see below he has taken several peoples money and not finished the job. Dudes a criminal, and I hope one day it catches up to him.

American floor source was a much better option, very professional, neat clean allowed me to pay by check.. I mean who has $40,000 in cash??!?!

After reading these reviews I for sure would never hire this company, they’re a joke.
