We love the convenience of Hometown and the staff is the best but it is insanely expensive : ( We only go if we really need 1 or 2 things. We can not afford to shop here for more than that. : (

Hometown Market is absolutely amazing 🤩 they have awesome fresh premade sandwiches all day everyday. They are a grocery store with a mom and pop feel. Like and upscale IGA. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I've never had bad service here. The store is very clean. Lots of parking and the have a few gas pumps. 5dtars

Very friendly people. We bought freeze dried taffy there. Very good! We bought fresh made little turkey and cheese sandwiches. They were really good. They also have a free library outside.

Rotating Food Truck- Saturdays from 11am-5pm is always great. Newer beer & wine drive thru.

Worth the drive to this grocery store..great deli & beer/wine selection...brands of grocery items not seen in "big box" grocery stores...pleasant staff...food trucks in the parking lot...and, you gotta' come to see the collection of bicycles!

Wow! Great selection of beers, wines including several Ohio wine selection. Amish items such as Walnut Creek bacon, cheese, etc. Amazing donuts. This store is awesome. We came over from the KOA in Sunbury and I'm so happy we stopped here. It had everything we needed and so much more!

Very good people with great smiles. The lady at the register was very nice and polite. She asked how and what to bag to make it easier to carry them out and into home when I get there. The products were priced competitively and available. They also had a sale area available for frozen family size packs. This is the best part they do there! Very good deals in that front freezer!

Great selection of craft beers and wkend food trucks. Very friendly

Lovely convenient/grocery store. They carry basically everything in a grocery store and more! Even unique items! It is way bigger on the inside than it looks. I'm not a beer drinker (it's pretty gross tasting), but they have such a large selection of craft beers with brands that I've never even heard of before with so many different flavors, including dessert flavors like peanut butter fudge puff? The selection is HUGE. They also have stellar fresh food to choose from ranging from fruits and vegetables, to sandwiches, to desserts. They can be pretty affordable as well. My fiance and one of our friends together bought 3 strawberry shortcakes, an individual sandwich, a two pack of sandwiches, a large can of tea, and a 4 pack of cantaloupe slices for only $13. The employees are always very nice, too. Another neat little feature that Home Town Market also has is a free book exchange library case on the outside. You can choose any books you'd like to take home with you and it's based on an honor system that you'll either bring them back once you're done with them or you'll donate your own selection of books that you don't want anymore.

Strange concept for a small town business but it works I guess.

Fantastic prices and so many options! It's truly like a full sized kroger smashed into a tiny store, but without the claustrophobic aisles! We love going here and they have entire rows dedicated to beer, along with a separate wine section. We do all our grocery shopping here now!

I am always treated very well, the store is always clean. When I first came to shop I had bad wrists, so I needed to ask for help putting a case of water on my cart, then take it to my truck. Every time after that , until my wrists were healed, someone asked if I needed water and took care of me. It was great.

Just wanted to say, I grew up in Centerburg and moved across the country over a decade ago. I still think about the bakery here the donuts are amazing. I recently had a dream about the frosted sugar cookies which led me to look up Home Town Market and leave this review. Miss you guys!

Great craft beer selection, house made subs / salads are killer. Staff is very friendly, store is clean.

Love this little store. Charming. Very clean. Sweet staff. Good selections. A little pricey but not bad for a small town supermarket.

Unbelievable selection of craft beers

Tonight is the ever famous craft beer tasting. It is a wonderful experience! We Have been coming to this event for several months and enjoying it. I would highly recommend coming out.

Hometown Market is a great place to shop!! Always very clean and the people who work there are very helpful. I always stop there when I am in the area. Jan does and always has done a great job for the community!!
