Verizon

This location is the only reason I still use Verizon. 2 other locations, 1 being a corporate store, were unable to process our payment for a new phone. Something is happening with Verizon that affects their tools and service. The employee at this store was willing to spend the time to find a solution.

We talked to Savanna the previous day and explained what we wanted. 5 new phones and a new line added to our plan. After discussing with all others involved, we went back to Savanna and she was ready for us. She spent about 4 hours meeting our many needs. Danny was able to service the other customers, so she could give us her attention. Great store! Great customer service!!

Jake and Ann were great today! Service was awesome. Thing explained so I understood and I am not tech savvy. Also made recommendations for additional equipment what I should have to be sure my device was protected well. No high pressure sales. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

I went into the store for a new car charger and a dual port home charger. Savanna found what I needed very quickly. She was friendly and respectful of my time.

Came into the store to get an upgrade and had an awesome time with Alex and Jonathan! They made the process easy and would recommend this store. Also thank you for transferring all the data and putting the liquid glass screen protector on.

I stopped in here for the first time, and my experience was fantastic. I never once felt like I was being rushed or pushed into a sale or like I was wasting their time. Ryan was the associate helping me, and he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Shopping experiences like this one ensure repeat customers. Thanks for great service!

On 8Feb2021, I went to get a new phone and update my account. Rep Jesse G greeted me at the door and took care of all my needs, he even took time to educate me on the devices and services I purchased. Also though I forget his name the young lad working with Jesse G, was equally very competent. Good shopping experience.

Nice little store, new guy handled my port in from Boost, but everything was smoothly. They were nice & didn't take too long. Happy with my plan. I live by candlewood and the employees told me the truth about my service not being the greatest but really its only a two mile stretch and I happen to live right in it. I was pretty impressed they didn't lie to me.

I just added my Son to my account and bought him a new phone. Service provided was terrific. Very honest and friendly staff. David, Kaylie and Brenda were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store very laid back very little to no wait and clean store!

James was a great help getting my new phone activated and answering my questions. After helping me for quite awhile, I found out he was actually off the clock and heading home when I arrived. He willingly and cheerfully helped me so I wouldn't have to wait for the other staff member who was already helping a customer. Thank you James!

Love this store. I recommend it to all my friends and family. They are always friendly, helpful and take their time to answer your questions. I just got a new phone on Tuesday Nigel helped and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to get me a great plan, a wonderful phone and made me feel appreciated.

Amazing, fast, and honest service. I came in about half an hour before close and a gentlemen whom I believe was named Ryan helped me find a phone to add to my contract. It was a great value and fit my needs perfectly. He got me set up and out the door in 15 minutes and explained everything so well I had no questions.

I was trying to activate my pre paid phone that I haven't used since December of last year and was getting no where! I called 6 different phone numbers before I decided to just go into my local store. James, the sales person who waited on me was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my frustrations. He got me all set up in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommend this location.

James was extremely helpful. I went in with an older iPhone that desperately needed an update. He was able to get me in and out very quickly. We always go to this Verizon because the employees are very kind and helpful.

I stopped by to get a new phone. James and Kailey were so helpful and patient....very professional! Very minimal wait time! I will definitely do my phone business at this location! They even took the time to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone......Great Job James and Kailey!!!

Purchased my pixel 6 here. The service was excellent. The Verizon store across town is always too busy and they are never able to help me. They botched my order for a pixel 6. I drove across town and they had the phone in stock.

Brenda was FANTASTIC! no high pressure to purchase. She helped us find what we needed. New phone and accessories, in and out in a little over an hour. Great customer service on their part. Our family would highly recommend them over the other verizon location on the other side of Marion. Thanks again Brenda and James

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ben and Nigel were both very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Nigel was extremely nice and even opened the door for me when I was leaving. I always recommend this store over the other Verizon here in town. Customer service is 100% awesome!
