Sher Cashwell, our sales consultant did an outstanding job working with my wife and I. We just moved into a new place and she was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her knowledge of the products and our needs with an talent for design and color were just what we needed. The design team worked up the entire room(s) on CAD so we could see exactly what the room will look like.

Delivery driver Joe and helpers were amazing. We have a sleep number bed which is very heavy - they needed to replace a rug that was underneath. Great teamwork got the job done in record time - better than the original installation of rug and bed frame! Thanks for having excellent service. I will be a returning client for sure!! Super helpful, has a great eye to design my items and very knowledgeable of everything they sell. I just love this place so much and will always be a customer.

Visited Havertys for the First time and couldn't say anything less about it. Loved everything here. Came for Dining Table and Buffet Table. I wish I visited this place much earlier and enjoyed the Finest piece of Designed furniture at my Home. Our Sales Consultant Betty was Super Duper Awesome. She perfectly understood our requirements and suggested to us the best piece of Furniture. Living Room Sofas and Recliners are Top Class and are at High-End Price.

Awesome experience shopping with Havertys. Sher was a huge help coming up with floor plan choices for our space and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment we walked through the door to the delivery of our new furniture a week later everything was perfect. This was a night and day difference compared to the 3+ month nightmare we had at another furniture store down the road (name starts with the letter “M”).

So grateful for the excellent customer service we received from Betty yesterday at Haverty's in Columbus, OH. She is incredibly knowledgable, asking pertinent questions to gain better understanding on what we wanted for a new couch/loveseat, or possible sectional. She made helpful suggestions on additional complimentary services Haverty's could provide in helping us reach a more informed, confident decision on what to purchase. She was not pushy, yet conversational. We would highly recommend our friends and family to use Haverty's as their next furniture purchase because of Betty's knowledge, expertise, and warmth. Haverty's is the second furniture store we visited to look for new living room furniture and due to our connecting with Betty, we will be back!

Leslie Johnson greeted us upon arrival. I knew what I was looking for and she immediately led me to it. She gave me information on choices I had not found online as well. She was patient,courteous and helpful. She also assisted both my friend and I looking at a few other pieces for possible future purchases.

We built a patio home and had to furnish every room. From the moment we walked into Haverty's Sher promptly greeted us. We began our search and started selecting over 50 pieces. Again it was so nice having Sher to answer questions and run ideas by her, Haverty's has a great policy, if something doesn't work or is damaged they will deliver your new piece and pickup the other. We had the greatest delivery man.for 2 of our deliveries. He had experience, a great personality and was very careful bringing furniture into our home. He gave helpful advice to his coworkers.in such a professional way. We are very impressed with this young man.
My husband had the pleasure of talking to the General Manager. What a remarkable man. He will go far in Haverty's. He knows how to get things done. I started buying from Haverty's in 2005. I've bought from them in 3 different states. So far the Polaris store is my favorite. I hope you will be as happy as my husband and I are with our newest pieces of furniture and artwork.

MJ was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took time finding out what we wanted and guided us to options that fit our objectives. She was not pushy and even gave us opportunity to talk about our decision on our own. She went over our order with us several times confirming our order, answering our financing questions, and making certain delivery details, warranty info and such were communicated clearly!!! The showroom was clean and inviting with plenty of options at a variety of price points.

Our shopping experience on Oct. 1st was very pleasant and productive! Our sales associate, Betty, was very helpful listening to our needs and what our desires were. Picking out fabric was our biggest obstacle, and Betty provided us with options that achieved our style of a timeless and elegant look. We are excited to see the furniture in our home!
