The entire experience is very good. The friendliest people, getting a hot coffee on a cold day, my prepare person is very friendly and knowledgeable, and even though I have no difficulty preparing at home somehow H&R gets me a higher return !

tried to do my taxes myself... began to fail miserably and The Block came thru clutch with the save.

little pricey. I think I paid a total of like $125 but that was with them checking my stuff to make sure everything was Gucci, along with letting me pay them via my return instead of on the spot. return was like 1800 and ended up getting like 1675.

came quick quick too. like 10 days.

I came in without an appointment, the day taxes were due, with a complex return and Terecita Cisneros agreed to see me. AND LET ME TELL YOU, WOA IS SHE A SUPERSTAR. She was able to file my taxes so quickly and was very knowledgeable on all the ins-outs. I will never let anyone else do my taxes, including myself (and I work in Finance lol) because from watching her I realized how truly complex they are, but her expertise made me feel confident that they were handled properly.
