I am from out of town and broke down and called every store around and O’Reillys ended up being able to help me get a new battery and replaced it. I am beyond grateful for the amazing customer service. The workers went above and beyond and I will never forget that! Thank you so much!

Good parts great prices

Had what I was looking for readily available.

They're pretty helpful here most of the time. And knowledgeable about half of that but thats still way better than advance auto around here

I wasn't able to find an oil dipstick probe heater at the store, I asked an already busy employee where they were. He was pleasant despite being extremely busy, retrieved the item from back stock and left it at register for when I was ready to pay and leave.

My license plate socket finally broke and I called O Reilly auto part and Troy said we don't have it in stock we will have to order it. But hey come up here and we will figure something out for you and he sure did. My car is 19 years old and he sure did figure it out and I got a light and not another stupid ticket. My fault was for bot dealing with them in the first place. Customer service was amazing and I am blessed he took the time right before closing to help me out after a long 12 hour work day. Give that man a raise he went above and beyond not just for me but for the man in front of me to help him out. If I give a review you can take it to the bank and cash it so to speak. He was amazing and saved my weekend of worrying if I would get another ticket. Thanks Troy I will be back.

Jameson helped so much when moms cars break line went out while we were in town, he made sure my mom got everything needed for my dad to fix at home and shared his own personal brake fluid with us. Went above and beyond! Excellent customer service is a rarity these days. Made a bad situation much more manageable thank you so much!

Awesome customer service!!! they didn't have the correct part or it was out of stock, but he gave us another part, for the same thing. Will post results, when we have it installed. Actually, my hubby has the part installed, it's a matter of the firing pattern for my car. We have downloaded the PDF manual, so we'll see from here. Part looks nice and clean!!! Oh yeah, they even took the time to put up with my talkative self..;)

Excellent service. We had previously been to two different auto parts stores and they didnt have what we were looking for, and wouldn't order it... O'Reilly had what we needed and said that they would of gladly ordered it for us if they wouldn't have had it in stock.

My favorite parts store only 2 I go to is marion and Bellefontaine that's it
