I purchased an item online from the shop, one not always easy to find. I love the web site layout. Very clean. The price together with shipping were good and so I took a chance on a shop I was not familiar with.

As it turned out I had an issue with the product unrelated to the shop and sought advice. I had a response within hours with a question. I answered the question and I had a response to that almost immediately with as good a resolution as anyone could want.

I have no hesitation to shop at E-Bikes of Holmes County again and no hesitation recommending them to my friends.

Best ebike dealer in the USA ! Don’t buy one factory direct . Order from these guys, they’ll set it up and tube it. Ship it to your door ready to go ! And then you have their dealer support not some big company . Way worth it ! Huge selection in store if you visit.

Jamie was incredibly informative on all of the e-bikes. We had so many questions and he was very patient. We also appreciated the large selection and cleanliness of the showroom. After purchasing our bikes, when we came back to pick them up, it went exceptionally smooth. It was a Great experience!

My wife and I recently spent a couple of days in Holmes County and decided to rent e-bikes for a couple of hours. We called and talked to Kyle and he set it up for a couple hour rental. When we got to the bike shop it only took a few minutes to get us set up and teach us how to ride the bikes. There is a nearby path that runs about 12 miles and is shared path with horse-and-buggies. This was very scenic and a pleasant ride. This was a great couples activity for us and we are now hooked on e-bikes. Thank you!
