Hampton Inn Columbus-East

We just stayed here last night. The room was great, so was the pool! The vending machine had sold out of bottled water and the person at the front desk, I believe his name was Mark, handed me a bag with 3 bottles in it on the house. Will definitely stay there again. Also close to lots of great food options and coffee.

When we walked into the room and was greeted by a personalized TV greeting that said, "Welcome [name of guest]". . . It was a very nice, clean and almost luxurious, room that we stayed in for a couple of nights with a movable sort of computer desk/table that you could pull out or keep out of the way. The sheets and pillows were all crisp and seemingly brand new. The bathroom was clean and even had a cute rubber ducky (a cute touch). I also liked that there was a tree just outside my window.

Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. I believe there are security guards (I saw them at the breakfast area) and I appreciated the well-lit parking lot!

All the staff I encountered from checking-in to house-keeping were nice and friendly.

And, oh, there's a fire stick that and you just login with your account (Amazon Prime/Netflix) and just remember to log out of it when you leave.

Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Columbus!

Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating! Clean room, great shower and nice toiletries. As always great breakfast and lots of nice food options/ shopping nearby.

Stacy and Jase were very helpful and super nice,the area is kinda sketchy but the hotel has their own guard who makes their presence known and can be seen inside as much as outside. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family

There is a Cracker Barrel, Mexican restaurant, barbecue restaurant, and KFC all within walking distance Mexican restaurant is so great all of the staff there is very very nice because I go there a lot on business. I am very familiar with all the staff and everyone I speak to no matter what time of day or night I get there is always pleasant. This is my home away from home.

Elevator is broken and the pillows are way too soft but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

The breakfast was very good. Definitely more than we expected! The rooms were clean. The bed & covers/sheets were clean the bathroom was clean!! Didn't know what to expect! But I'm so glad we booked a room here! We enjoyed our stay.

Room was super clean, along with other facilities including the breakfast area and pool. We went to the pool 4 days in a row and had it all to ourselves every time we went! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was great, near a ton of restaurants, shops and highway. I would def recommend staying here if your looking for a clean, affordable place to lay your head!

Hotel was very CLEAN! We stayed for a weekend away and everything was perfect! The staff was great they took good care of us and accommodated all of our needs. I read some reviews about bugs in the room, Let me say there are absolutely NO BEDBUGS in the hotel. The shower was so relaxing very hot water and strong water pressure. Breakfast was minimal (due to covid) its boiled eggs, yogurt, bagel, cereal, bananas, oranges, milk, and juice. The food was fresh and they have coffee stocked ALL DAY.

Overall it was a great experience and as we were leaving I talked a little bit to the manager. He was very nice, asked about our stay, and I could tell he actually cares about the hotel. If you need a hotel passing through or want to stay for a while this place is good priced, clean, and gives a great relaxing experience!

My recent stay was beyond expectations! Breakfast was all inclusive with fresh smoothies being served...I've never had smoothies offered at hotels before - a much healthier option. Staff were super friendly and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. Rooms were clean and up to hotel standards. I rarely write reviews for places but this review is an exception primarily for the excellent services that were rendered during my stay...

The rooms were well maintained and clean. If there were any issues (one of our key cards didn't work), the staff took care of it quickly and efficiently.
The staff, everyone from front desk, to maid staff, kitchen staff, and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. It was the most relaxed I have been in ages. My only wish would be a slightly larger fitness center, but that wasn't much of a drawback. And the breakfast in the morning...spectacular! It was the perfect combination of comfort food and breakfast out!

Clean room, comfortable beds/pillows, and the breakfast was hot and very good. It was refreshing to have REAL breakfast food and not a bagged breakfast!

The desk help was the best part of our stay. She was efficient, kind, and a pleasure to talk to.

I've stayed in lots of rooms between the price point 95-120 I paid 225, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for a double queen. So imagine my delight when our room was a sophisticated little suite with plush sheets and a down comforter it felt like having the comforts of home. Where other hotels a lot of times feel sterile, this felt clean. I'd definitely recommend this facility.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the massaging shower was awesome, and even the breakfast was commendable. They also have Neutrogena bath products, so no one here would have to worry about allergies. They also had plenty of snack and beverage machines.

Great room, comfy beds, nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't too tasty but it held us over.

Very nice Hotel with a great staff. We were in for a funeral and when checking in, I mentioned we were here for my Dad's funeral. The young lady I was working with at check in said there was a discount for funerals and gave the adjusted discounted ratet. We had 3 rooms for 3 night. I thought it was very kind and professional of her to apply the discount. She did not have to.

Fantastic hotel honestly.... Front desk staff amazing, polite and friendly. Entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Room was amazing and clean.. Mattress and bedding was extremely clean. Only one small con.. Room cleaning staff was very rushing.. Keep coming back trying to rush us out of the room. Never emptied the trash.. On check out even though we had extended check, they knocked on the door at 1107, when we planned on leaving at noon . I however give this hotel a 5 star rating

My husband and I were walk in guests over a weekend when he needed to do some training nearby. The staff was cheerful and helpful, the lobby was clean and inviting, and the rest of the building was well laid out. Our room was quite spacious and I was impressed at how quiet the room and hall was at any given time. The complimentary breakfast was great, and on site parking is always a plus. Within walking or a short drive distance from shopping, food and a great theater.

Nice place clean good location. I had a very minor issue and the lady at the front desk, Shenequa(spelling might be wrong) was absolutely perfect in handling it. I seriously can't remember such outstanding customer service like she provided. Super friendly, upbeat, happy, attentive, just a joy to work with. Really hotels are all pretty similar, it's the staff that makes the difference, great job!
