The manager and each staff member has always been responsive to each request I’ve made going above and beyond. They are exceptionally great at anticipating each one of my needs before I even know I need it and already have it taken care of. It was a my pleasure to stay there and they made me feel right at home

This place has been remodeled , and is now a Country inn and suites by Choice hotels. It is still currently evening remodeled but you can still stay here. Great and friendly service! Great location.

It was good experience with the motel and I was very impressed by the quality and atmosphere of the rooms and the food I.e breakfast is quite good.

Nice hotel but needs a tiny bit of updating. However, it was very clean. I stay in a lot of hotels in my travels and cleanliness is what's most important to me! They also had a guest appreciation night where they offered a small selection of appetizers and free beer/wine to their guests. I thought that was a nice touch!

Reception area was clean and we'll attended. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had requested a handicapped accessible room but even though we reserved the room a month in advance, none was available. The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless and fresh. The bed was very comfortable, clean and we slept well. Our 7 year old granddaughter was very happy with the poo!. The pool area was clean and towels were plentiful. Breakfast was good, and provided us with a nice selection of breakfast foods. Coffee was hot and good. Overall our stay was comfortable and when we visit the area again this is the hotel we will be staying in.

Clean and quiet area, the beds are pretty decent and the air conditioning was great!
I had asked to have an hr later checkout and they were super nice about it!

Stayed at this hotel on a university trip. The hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. I didn't spend a ton of time in the room, so I can't give a detailed review of all of the amenities. Breakfast was about what you would expect from a hotel. It is kind of hard to find the entrance to the hotel as the layout of the area isn't exactly clear and there aren't any signs showing which way to go. Increased signage could help here. Overall a great experience. Would recommend.

I have stayed at this location 3 times in the past 6 weeks while traveling from Colorado. I had a small issue with house keeping and Michelle stepped in and resolved very quickly. She truly cared about my guest experience and went above and beyond.

Didn't actually stay here, but wanted to drop in and leave a review of the management team. The event that my husband and I were supposed to attend was cancelled two days before we were scheduled to arrive at the hotel, and even though our room was non-refundable, the hotel gave us all of our money back since we were not responsible for the cancellation. So incredibly grateful for their hospitality in that way, for giving us a silver lining in a not-so-fun situation. Definitely impressed!

This hotel had the best price out of the other 4 that are right by it, and the room was massive, complete with its own living room thing, which was unexpected. The breakfast options were pretty limited, but not unexpected. Overall, great experience, especially for the price.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days while flipping a condo in Canal Winchester. We needed an inexpensive place to lay our heads after a long day of hard work. This hotel is a hidden jewel. It is in a great location - within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and La Fogata a Mexican food restaurant. It is somewhat hidden behind a few restaurants. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! This hotel is a hidden jewel. It is clean, quiet, well kept and is a great place to stay if you want a quiet place to rest. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but kept clean with hot and cold food. You are not able to take the food out of the eating area however. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and a small workout room. The front desk staff are professional and knowledgeable, while not always the friendliest, they are not rude at all. Overall, this hotel is excellent. We will stay when we return to the area.

Not sure that this hotel is Best Western anymore but their service and room cleanliness exceeded expectations! The room was impeccable, breakfast was decent, enjoyable and the staff was magnificent. Whatever they choose to name this hotel I hope it remains as amazing as they were this past week!

As a family we had a great experience from when we entered. The customer service was great. We had a great and much needed night of rest. The breakfast was good. My son drew this picture and balled it up his grandmother found it and opened this drawing of a happy kid and I am entirely grateful. It made us shed a tear. We put it on the fridge and then he noticed it and asked why we kept it. I got to experience the smile in person as when he smiled while drawing this photo. Thank you again .

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. This is my deciding factor of where I choose to stay. The hotel is also quiet and I felt safe. When google the address it did not take me to the door but a road that runs next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and business like. My only compliant was there was no ice machine on the second floor where I stayed. I had to go the the first floor to get ice.

There were signs up that they were under construction so I am guessing this was the problem, although there was a soda machine.

we stayed along our road trip. The pool and breakfast were excellent! Our room was spacious with a separate alcove where the kids could watch tv in the morning. Lots of counter space and a fridge in the room! Great for families.

Pretty awesome and fancy hotel. When family comes over we would sometimes stay at this beautiful hotel. Nice lobby, pond, cafeteria, inside pool, and very nice and fancy hotel rooms. Also theres paintings at the halls which makes this place look fancy. 10/10.

Best hotel ive been to in a LONG time. Huge rooms and friendly staff. The place was clean and the a.c. was already set at a comfy temp. The breakfast was amazing and the beds were perfect. The tv selection sucked but free WiFi makes that better to me. The place was quiet. The parkinglot was small and there is only 2 entrances so if youre a smoker then youll be walking past the front desk a lot which is awkward for me but not a huge deal. I would rather not smoke out front so I dont bother people who dont smoke coming in or going out but again not a huge deal. Loved this place will be back.

Outstanding, I stay in hotels about 80 nights a year, this hotel is one of the best. Helpful clerk, attentive host/cook for breakfast, pleasant English speaking housekeeper. As a rule I don't top the housekeeping until my last evening, to see how their service is day to day. Most drop off, not here, I had the same woman, she did everything well everyday, well worth my usual $5.00 per day to start, adjusted for service.

Great overall experience. The best part was the breakfast and the sweet lady that oversees the breakfast area. I also took advantage of the free access to the legit gym down the street. The only need for improvement is the quality of their drinking water.

We had a great stay here. No issues checking in or out. The price was right for excellent accommodations. Everything seemed very clean and nice, even though they were redoing a lot of the rooms. I would stay here again!
