This shop seems like a hidden gem that really shouldn't be hidden! There are a few shops within a ten minute drive of this one, and I'll gladly pass them to come here in the future.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They had unique merchandise options for both juice and hardware. There was no lounge, which I actually prefer, and the music was great. Worth a visit or ten!

Customer service is alive and thrives at this quaint but well outfitted shop. This was the fifth place I had called for my specific needs and was immediately convinced by phone to visit even though it is well out of my way. The atmosphere is completely unpretentious and friendly. The staffs service and knowledge is top tier, yet the pricing is well below what I would have been willing to pay. Especially since I received a free comprehensive short course on vape products. Will be returning to and recommending MCV!

I love the ladies that work here. The owner is a very sweet down to earth woman. She always helps me find what I need and what I can afford. Her juices she makes are amazing! I live 45mins away and still wont go anywhere else to get my juices and coils.

Knowledgeable staff. And this place only has the best products on the market at the best price. They also do not have any products that they have decided might be advertising to children. Very high quality. Very good service. Best hometown vape store in the nation.

Showed up 3 hrs before posted service hours to do curb side sales with me during quarantine. As a FedEx driver my hours variy and they have always been helpful. No reason for anyone to shop anyplace else.

Where to start ?
I am an out of towner on in Dayton for a few months. It is hard to find an awesome shop with awesome staff. When I got to town everything was pretty much on lockdown because of COVID. I called the shop because I was in need of juice. Amber (love her to pieces) texted me pictures of things the shop had juice wise. I placed an order and she helped me so much. I visited a few more times. This shop is the place to go. I wish I could give 10 but I guess 5 will have to do. Thank you Amber for making my vape store and stay in Dayton great because of you shop.

I love this Vape shop. The customer service is fantastic. They have everything and all the staff are knowledgeable about new and old products. The owner seems to genuinely care about her customer base.

Custom is a reliable source of everything you need for vaping. Its got a wide selection of devices and juices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I have been a regular for the past 2 years.

THIS is your one stop Shoppe for ALL your Vaping needs. Customer service WAY BEYOND the norm and in fact they delivered a charger to my home for a newly released device after we determined it couldn't charge by USB and it (the FREE charger) was on my porch when I woke up. Also THE BEST FLAVORS EVER and after going to web site after web site for almost two years to get mediocre juice sent to me, I have found "Vaping Euphoria" 20 miles away

Even though i live in waynseville I will ALWAYS either make the trip out or as I usually do send amber in for all my vaping needs. Your store is second to none & you always seem to know what I'm looking for when I don't lol. Oh & thank you for helping this triplet mama put down those disgusting cigarettes!!
