High quality and quick work. 4 days total for 2 floors, including removal and haul away of old flooring and install of new. The owners really care about customer needs over making a quick buck. Truly wonderful experience, we will be using these guys for any and all flooring needs.

Great showroom with a wide selection of carpet & flooring options! Worked with JR who is very nice, and very knowledgeable . There was no pressure, and made sure services matched our schedule. Called night before & morning of to double check it was ok. Installers arrived on time, and did a fantastic job.

Nicest, not pushy, knowledgeable staff. They pointed out types of LVP flooring that I should not buy because of uneven flooring in one of my rooms. They could have sold me anything, but would rather sell me nothing than something I wouldn't be happy with. They had a great selection of all flooring types, too. If you are near Amelia be sure to stop there. I almost spent a lot of money on the wrong thing. Thank you guys.

We had a fantastic experience with United Carpet! The carpet is very high quality, for a great price. The installation crew was professional and did a beautiful job! I highly recommend them and we will definitely go back to United Carpet when it's time to change the flooring in the rest of our home.

I got my main carpeting from them 22 years ago and have been using them ever since. I have new main carpeting ordered now. But in addition, I needed an odd-shaped area rug. Bill came up with a solution and it was ready within a day and looks great.

Bill and Adam were great to work with, got us in their install schedule quickly, and the carpet looked great! Highly recommend!
