Meineke has great customer service. We've been going there for a while (6-8 years probably). They don't push doing work that's not necessary. In fact, they advised us to junk our car due to safety rather than us paying for repairs. They've also done work that's outside the realm of what they do if they are able. I feel like they really care about their customers.

Tire repair was on time (had an appointment) and fast. They did a great job and the price was fair. The technician even took time out of his break to explain the nuances of the sensor. Much appreciated!

I am very pleased with the work done on my Hyundai. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am and they were right on time. I had two new tires installed, rear shocks and front and rear alignment. I will definitely return for future car repairs.

Suspension problem diagnosed quickly and explained very thoroughly by the mechanic. Mechanic was very knowledgeable . Staff was very courteous and professional. These guys did an excellent job with my truck. I had some problems with my steering that I assumed was due to a part going bad. They pulled it into the shop and spent time diagnosing what was going on. End the end they found what was actually happening. It wasn’t at all what I thought it would be. The truck now drives so much better. What I appreciated is that they cared enough for my truck to spend time finding and fixing the problem.

Great customer service, breaks came out great. Employees were very kind, and actually showed & explained to me what was wrong with my car before signing any paperwork. They even offered me a ride home since the maintenance of my car would take a decent amount of time to repair.

I've been taking multiple vehicles here for years. Friendly people who really know the business. They do only the work needed, try to give options when available, and work on getting the best value for their customers. It had been over 20 years since I had a place I could call 'my garage ', but this IS my garage.

I'm 46 years old, and this is the best car service place I've ever used. They are really responsible, never charge you for stuff you don't actually need, and are just focused on making the experience as simple as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are now the only place I feel comfortable taking my car or my wife's car.

Had new cv joints installed about 12 months ago. Yesterday the right front one broke do to manufacturing issue. Jon and company got it fixed and back on the road in about 4 hours. Awesome job. Also mo charge.

They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. They are fair and care about the customers' needs and creating lasting relationships with them. I feel safe when I am there because I know I will be told the truth and not get gouged. They will save you money where they can. The alignment of the van went well as the nuts could be loosened ( with heating and some muscle power) and there was a toe adjustment on the wheels. Both mentioned problems could not be handled from a previous local mechanic that charged us for an alignment. As the Meineke mechanic commented, "He lied". ( add to that cheated us out of our money)

Meineke was able to get my car in ahead of schedule and completed it early. Excellent work with no issues.

I always love coming into Meineke! The owner is wonderful and his team always takes great care of me and my car. They even offer to run customers to/from the shop if someone’s maintenance will take a while to complete. Truly above and beyond service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and very fast .. had a nail that flattened our tire the crew got us in immediately .. 35 minutes later we were back on the road for just 35 bucks
