Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I do most of my banking online, but still go inside a few times a year. Never had an issue with any issues. Had an appointment a few months back with a banker who was very helpful. I had made reservations with a tour company on my 53 card and was able to get the bank to reverse the charge when the company went out of business and refused to refund me. Wishing this location had longer hours, I prefer this to the bank next to Jungle Jims.

With all those cars in the drive thru I am writing to tell your tellers thank you. With all tbe stress and worry of handling transactions they still seem super polite everytime I drive thru.

Just had a phone appointment and Ms. Morgan was a HUGE help. She answered all of my questions and helped me fix what I needed on my accounts. Highly recommend!

Great service, really nice and get to you fast. Sabrina is the best, always has a bright smile on her face and she’s super sweet

I needed a medallion signature and they were very accomidating.

Everyone seemed friendly there, although they were always weird about signing a check over to someone to cash.

Visit this location multiple times a week for business been noticing how rude Caitlin the assistant branch manager is. I've seen her be rude employees and customers. If I see it I'm sure others have too.

they r not in a hurry. so don't think ull get that check cashed on ur lunch unless u take a hr lunch!!!! LOL

Banker didn't want to help me and straight up lied to us saying that she couldn't open a business account for us because we didn't qualify without even getting my name or any information. Maybe because we are immigrants I'm not sure. We are American Citizens and don't appreciate being profiled. Just go to the Jungle Jims location.

By far the worst bank I have ever had I deposited a check for $1,500 they told me it will be available the next day and the latest would be 3 days I called them 5 days later and they said it would take 10 and possibly 11 days For the check to go through I called the corporate office and they were also useless and seemed Oblivious with everything and acted like it was perfectly normal They had bad aditude and was being a smart a** on the phone

Only one that works there that knws anything is Sabrina. Definitely don’t see dan, he sits when he pees. Wife was up there 2 hours didn’t feel well for him to be a dik!

Quite honestly my deceased father probably moves faster than any of these tellers. I’m saying probably because it seems any employee here truly does not care about their job or anyone that comes in or through the line. Your ATM has a better personality than anyone you employ.

Well Uneducated bankers here, they have no idea what they’re doing or talking about. STAY AWAY
