It's a decent small town pharmacy. You usually have to wait when you go in. Items in the store are way over priced. But you usually don't have an issue getting your prescriptions.

It's got some interesting and local items. However They commonly run out of the medicines my family needs for a good quality of life. They have been in MacArthur for a while Now. So they should have an idea of how much stock they need to keep of each medication for they're customers.
