Daniel's Peace Memorial Park

I visited for my first time this past week. There really are no words to describe it. I have hiked a ton of places, but here... beautiful and peaceful. As soon as you get there a calmness comes over you. Seeing all the memories of Daniel. What a beautiful memorial. I loved the little chapel. There's also a farm. I absolutely loved the Highland cows🥲 I was gifted with being able to see a rainbow on my way out of the open field. I tried to get a good picture of it. I enjoyed my time there so much and plan to go back very soon. ❤❤

I love this place! It's become my favorite spot to share with others. A friend of mine was having an incredibly hard day, yesterday. So, I rushed out to get her outta the house and brought her here. This place is a magical place.. She's feeling much better today and I'm a believer this place is the reason. A million thanks to Daniels dad who takes care of this beautiful place. 💝💝

A very beautiful place to reflect, be mindful, and also mourn lost loved ones. I took my teen daughter here to discuss addiction and compassion, and to practice mindfulness at the stations they have set up. A beautiful spot for a hike and to practice gratitude.

I randomly stumbled upon this place while geocaching on an e-bike, I was confused at first thinking it was private property, as I got here from a random abandoned path through the woods. But no, this place is amazing, and open to all

You're going to LOVE the beauty this spot has to offer! This spot was recommended to me for some gorgeous hikes.. It was breath taking, making me speechless when I got to the middle.. The day we traveled here was on a day that I had lost a couple high school friends to suicide.. I felt so close to them and the others who've passed on.. I want to thank you for making this space possible! Most definitely recommend for those who love beautiful space, with a story you can feel! ✨💗

Got a chance to take my kids today, they really liked the chapel and seeing all the notes left behind, and all the signs you can find on the property and reading them

Beautiful park. It’s like you’ve stepped out of Ohio for a second. In a very odd location, gps might say turn around a few times because it’s off a very random road but keep going until you find lots of cars on the side of the road. I noticed this is a hot spot for photographs as well.

A great place to find some peace and quiet. Also a popular location to photograph couples and families for different occasions. Gorgeous spot all times of the year and tells a beautiful yet sad story.
