Always do same day delivery from here for my dog food and chews, decided to pop in and check out the physical store on the way by. Very clean, polite, they answered my questions and let me wander around, and were great about my daughter walking my dog around feeding him snacks lol. Loved the place for the prices, free delivery that pays drivers an actual wage, and deals anyway but can confidently now say I love the store in person too.

Always a good experience bringing the pup. Hollywood Feed has a great selection of food, toys and accessories for our pets. Everyone is pleasant and we can’t get enough of the convenience factor that comes with deliveries!

The staff at Hollywood Feed in Pickerington OH are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. They respect my no greeting policy( for the dog) when we first arrive and always ask before petting my dog. He’s an adolescent Mastiff and we are work on his pulling to greet people and dogs. Julia was fantastic, she answered all my questions and picked out a chew toy my new puppy is very pleased with. I will be shopping there again because of her help.

Love this store. Ken and his staff are great. If they don’t have it, they will get it and shipping is fast. I especially like the 8% discount on all cases of food.

We went in yesterday looking for the dog food we feed our pup, and found it for $4 cheaper than TSC sells in for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also found some new treats my Newfoundland pup loved, and he’s very particular when it comes to treats. Overall it was a nice experience and will be using them for future purchases. It’s also nice knowing i can order his dog food and bully sticks and they’ll be dropped off at my house same day, free of charge, no other store does that.

We needed to find a different food dish for a senior we recently adopted, as he kept tipping his old dish.
Trinity was extremely helpful with ideas, and we have just what we wanted.

Hollywood Feed staff are always knowledgeable on current products and food selections and go out of their way for the customer. I recently went in to purchase CBD Joint medicine for my senior dog and they didn't have the large container in stock, which the sales associate called up another store and proceeded to tell me she would pick it up and notify me when they had it in the store. Talk about GREAT Customer Service!!! It doesn't get any better. I highly recommend this pet store to pet parents as they genuinely care.

I came to purchase a litter robot. As a new customer, I was able to use a promo code for 10% off. Assistant manager, Ken, recommended the ramp but it was not in stock. He promptly called another local store and is going to pick it up for me. He even offered to drop it off at our house since we live close to the store. I declined the drop off but what great service! He gave me advice about different litter and offered future advice for any nutritional or behavioral questions I might have. Ken is a great asset for this company and his customers

Was looking for a case of canned dog food. No prepackaged case was in stock. So a very nice young lady emptied a case of a different flavor (same brand) and filled the case from cans of the flavor I wanted already on the shelves. She (not they) was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

It's so clean and open in here! The new manager, Ken, has done a phenomenal job at running this location.

We get most of our pet supplies from Amazon, but once or twice a year we come here to find things not available on Amazon. The staff is always welcoming, and they have unique toys and treats. We love supporting local businesses.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have a variety of choices for healthy dog food options. We use the brand GO and our dogs love it.

Super friendly employees, they definitely were pet people. Took our fuzzy one with us to pick out a new chew toy, and the two people working were loving all over her and giving her treats. Locally owned business, so gets extra stars from me!

The staff here is incredibly helpful! Most are very knowledgeable about their products. It saved me so much time! Their prices are also fair. I don’t find their products much cheaper anywhere else. I also like that the company stocks many all natural products. I highly recommend this shop.
