I went to get my daughter's 2nd Birthday shirt embroidered. They overcharged my husband on the quoted price that I received over the phone. I gave detailed instructions on what I wanted and even left notes on the shirt itself. The name is so small you can barely see it. They also left 2 rings on the shirt that will not come out. When called to inform them I was upset as I spent my hard earned money on the shirt then paid extra to have it embroidered. The manager completely blew my frustration off as no big deal. Very poor customer service on their part!
