Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus East

Curren was Awesome at the front desk!! I booked in yesterday after a long shift at work and he was very patient and very personable. Definitely an asset to the hotel! My stay was excellent! Quiet, peaceful, and the room was clean and felt like home away from home. The breakfest in the morning was a Fantastic bonus!! Got me ready for the day with a full stomach :). Thank you again Curren and thank you Fairfield Inn!

Hotel was In a convenient area plenty of restaurants and stores near by . Plus a Walmart across the street .

The staff were friendly and helpful .
The Breakfast buffet was fabulous and delicious.

Recently renovated hotel with friendly desk staff. Clean rooms, nice gym, and good breakfast. Close to highway and lots of restaurants.

The staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and big enough for our group.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable. That staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I enjoyed the conversations with them. Liz the G. M. was so gracious and helped me with purchasing 2 of their towels.
I highly recommend and will be back

The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel like you were old friends talking with them especially Avon and Brandy at the front desk. The staff was also very informative about local attractions. The room was clean and well stocked with necessities. They said that the hotel and rooms are being remodeled at the end of summer 2023. I would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff, are exceptionally personable, and the rooms are just right. The pool is heated, but they have permanently closed the hotub.
Free breakfast at 6:30am, is better than average.

It was pretty amazing, really, given I was only in town to do a job and it was extremely close and the girl at the front desk was really nice. Everything was clean and honestly fire a continental breakfast, everything was pretty good. Def 5 stars! Thanks guys!

One of the cleanest, quietest, and friendliest Suites I've been at. The lovely ladies at the desk remembered my name as they provided unparalleled service. The two ladies in charge of the breakfast offered to help with the waffle machine and kept the tables clean and sanitized. I was in rm 134 very nice excellent. The heat works unlike most establishments. When I want a quiet stay to relax and just be I will definitely be back. Very lovely people.

We didn't pre-book a reservation, but the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. They are repainting and doing some renovations on the first floor (which smelled strong of someone cooking food), but our room on the second floor was really nice and smelled clean. Kind bed was very very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was really nice. I would stay at this location again when traveling.

We really liked staying there. The breakfast was great the coffee was good. Very accommodating for the pets. I would love to see the pet owners to be more responsible about cleaning up after there pets. Its a good thing it is freezing cold so if you happen to step in it you didn't get it on your shoes

Perfect location , friendly staff, pretty hotel, and clean. Great beds and layout, too. It was the best stay for us , and we slept like babies after being on the road all day coming from South Carolina 😂

Great place for the short time we stayed, although our refrigerator was not working properly. I called the front desk and they quickly resolved it by bringing in a new fridge for the room. Breakfast was great every morning too with a wide variety of food.

This Marriott Fairfield was great! Do not let the bad reviews stop you from staying here. The room was great. Customer Service was awesome. Breakfast was good. I give this hotel an excellent rating.

The staff there were absolutely amazing, even the cleaning crew. The continental breakfast was everything because I don't eat pork and they actually had turkey sausage. The building was always spotless the pool and whoorlpool was clean. I would recommend this to everyone oh, if you are looking for a room this is definitely the place to be. DON'T MISS OUT.

Summer at the front desk was amazing! She and her colleagues were very generous. We had a huge wedding party staying at this hotel and she made sure everyday that we were well taken care of! 5 stars for the staff!
The location is okay not the best, but it’s nice that it is walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings!

Great staff,clean hotel,pool was up for a day then down again but should be back up soon..breakfast is great and can tell the staff take time in making the hotel comfortable for all its guests.

I love the location of this hotel!! Plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a indoor heated swimming pool that's open till 11pm! The lobby area was clean and the front desk employee was very sweet. My room was great and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. They also have breakfast and a nice lounge/ bar area. Best hotel i have stayed at in a long time!

This was a great hotel. It was quiet, the pillows were good and fluffy (pet peeve. Sad pillows make a sad hotel). The service was excellent- we had one extra person and they were able to switch rooms to accommodate us without extra charge. Free breakfast too. There is a pool but we didnt use it. I'd definitely stay here again if I end up back near Columbus.
