Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus East - Reynoldsburg, an IHG Hotel

The manager is always very kind and conversational. He goes out of his way to ensure all his guests are satisfied and comfortable during their stay! Rooms are always very nice and clean, exceeding our expectations!

Great quality for the price. Didn't have time to try their breakfast but they do have it. They have extra towels in their pool area. They're right next to a Buffalo wild wings, walmart, Starbucks, and McDonald's. We have no complaints.

The General Manager was very pleasant and accommodating. When we had a toilet malfunction at midnight, he did a great job making sure we were taken care of.
Bit of highway noise, but comfy beds, spacious room. Slept like a baby.

I have been staying at Holiday Inn reynoldsburg Ohio 2023 and 2024. The manager (Sunny) and all of the staff are wonderful. Always go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. I will drive extra distance to stay here. The area has all the things I need to be comfortable. I always feel at home 🙂

Extremely comfortable beds, friendly service, prompt attention and pet friendly. After driving 10 hours, we were happy that we stopped here for a room. Plenty of restaurant options in the immediate area and the room was over all quiet and relaxing. We were able to stretch out comfortably and relax before getting back on the road. Local Walmart in the same plaza and an antique mall close enough that we HAD to stop. The friendly owner was fabulous.

This holiday inn Express is surrounded by shopping and hungry people delight. Great location, great hotel.

Great place to stop in for the night or an extended stay. Service was quick and friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. They have 1 and 2 bed options, complimentary breakfast in the morning with a pool and workout room. Parking lot and key card entry.

Beds are super comfy. Room was perfectly clean! Price is reasonable. Breakfast was great. They have an assortment of choices for breakfast. We had biscuits with gravy and scrabbled eggs and sausage. The staff was wonderful. It will go on my must return list of hotels the next time we head this way.

The rooms were priced at an amazing rate, the room itself was clean, organized, spacious and very welcoming. The 24/7 front desk was very helpful when checking my in to our room. the staff were very friendly and always gave us assistance when needed.

I stayed here while on business training and my first day here the staff was incredibly amazing and professional. I received news back home that my mother in law had passed, so after sharing this information with the hotel and changing my stay, I went home. When I came back, they remembered me and asked how my husband was doing. They take their job very seriously and are the most friendly of people I've ever met. I highly recommend this place, there are so many food places available and it's within easy access too. The rooms are very comfortable in size and the beds are so soft. This place just needs a hot tub and I would live here. There is a fireplace and sitting room in the lobby and the breakfast is very good. Stay here and I promise you won't regret it.

Wow. This is a true suite instead of a room with a partition. There is a living room, mini kitchenette, bathroom and separate bedroom. This is classified King suite sofa bed and surprised us with its floorplan. Even though we arrived late, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying again.

Don and his staff are truly amazing! They know how to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. He assisted my hotel with some meeting space as well as rooms; and we could have not been any happier! Would recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area!

We found the place quiet, clean, and comfortable.
All staff seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us.

This hotel is super clean...the hallways alone smells like soap. The front desk guy is awesome!! He has great hospitality skills. After a long travel and the Fairfield inn right next door being very rude and unprofessional...he was right there very alert..quick and professional and gave me a very nice clean comfortable room. The breakfast is very fresh and good aswell. Day shift with the same great customer service. This is one of those hotels that i would go the extra mile..pay the extra dollar for my peace. Also pool and work out room is
very clean. Great location by everything..updated aswell.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was delicious. But what made my stay was the service. The breakfast server, JC, was friendly, polite, and truly helpful. The receptionist was equally helpful and kind.

The two young women working the front desk on November 13th, 2021, around check in time, both deserve a raise and a nice dinner paid for by their managers. There was absolutely chaos when I walked in (that they had not caused) and they kept their cool under a situation that other people might have panicked under. Kudos ladies ❤ go get yourselves a drink if your bosses won’t reward your exemplary service! You deserve it!!

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting on the East side of Columbus and Reynoldsburg.
They truly make you feel so very comfortable and are willing to help if you have any issues. Clean, covid covered, lovely folks at the front desk AND doing your breakfast menu. I was impressed by the hotels entry which has a "fire place" making you feel "like you are home." The "ol lady" has never lied to you so try it, you'll like it.

Nice, clean, and big single room. Great breakfast and the check in was great. I came in late and he got me right in my room. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Especially considering it was a weekend. Great job!

Feb 27-28th 2023, was my stay at this hotel, in very busy mall area near Columbus ohio, if you like to visit ihop, starbucks, for morning coffee and breakfast, that would be your hotel. Hotel as all Holiday Inn hotels, are has very good quality rooms, clean, always nice bed setup, comfy, fresh, rooms good size, nice new big Plazma TV. quite air conditioner. Price is what ever you can afford. but you get what you pay for. 5 stars for sure.

The Indian man doesn't like black people he threatened to kick me out for paying for my room because he said he had to call management that was back home in India but when he got on the phone it was clearly a white guy and so he got mad at me and tried to kick me out cuz he tried to kick us out first because we were also using a business card I guess they don't accept business cards from black people so the stay felt very uncomfortable and if you're a person of color any color other than Indian I would go next door rooms are just basic The pool is very small and overall I felt like I was being watched after paying for something very uncomfortable feeling
