Can't say I end up here to often but man I will say, they were the only ones who had my parts recently, store is amazingly clean compared to other suppliers of this nature and the employees that work there departments don't make that quick "u-turn" as they see u walking In there directions "cough cough won't say home depots name"..... definitly will have to look into a comercial account with them for my business needs.

Lowe's and home Depot have the best customer service and I like the smell of the wood. Sometimes they were cute guys walking around and sometimes there are cute girls like me walking around, maybe I'll bump into someone over some lumber.

Attila is great guy and help me lot to find tools what I am looking for. He had good patient to communicate with me even he had paper and pen ready to communication. What a awesome and wish see more like him.

it was great this time, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. that made the experience pleasant and relaxed. :)

Went there late. Staff was there to help. Well managed and tidy place. Ample parking.

Went there many times now. This time, I want to see the appliances. They had more variety in display than Home Depot and was nestly ogranized as well.

There were a few deals going on, but nothing major. The staff did ask us a few times if we needed help, and they answered our quarions efficiently.

Very helpful staff. Found everything I needed today. Clean and orderly.

The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lowe's has locker's as you walk into the store. You scan the bar code sent to your phone and the locker door opens up and there is your item. It's a great idea. You don't need to enter the store or stand in line. Love it!

Elijah was with us for almost 40 minutes helping us get our grill in into our vehicle as none of the screws wanted to come off! He had a great attitude and was very helpful the entire time. Great customer service from him.

Pretty much all Lowe's stores are having some issues keeping employees. Please internally are pretty hopeful but not necessarily the friendliest. I don't think it's the employees are choosing but rather the struggles the company is going through. This is not easy time for any reason why especially if you have large competition but I think Lowe's is hanging in there pretty well.

Lots of staff to answer questions. Store was well stocked and clean.

Had to return an item and it was a 30 second refund which made my day that much easier. Was my own fault for buying the wrong item as well. Great business to do business with imo.

I came into Lowes today to purchase drywall. Unfortunately it didn't fit in my vehicle. I asked for assistance and two young gentlemen in lumber cut it and put it on my cart. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. One of them used to do drywall with his brother I think. Anyway both employees went out of their way for me. They both deserve raises. That's customer service at the highest level. It was Sunday around two p.m. Thanks.

The curbside pickup option for online orders was super easy and convinient. Being able to skip the line during busy days and occupancy limitations was great.

I like Lowes, they are a good place for home.

The store is always clean the staff are always helpful and if they don't know something cuz we'll find someone who does manager of the Appliance Department was more than fair and very helpful

This Lowes is clean and well organized. I now drive past Home Depot on ridge Rd and shop here. Ridge Rd Home Depot has turned into a dump.

Very helpful staff and great products for home and garden at good prices. They also make it so easy to buy bigger items because they have FREE delivery!

I needed moulding for around the door and windows in the newly renovated garage. Andy W and Trevor were very helpful. Trevor was very helpful in finding what I needed. He was able to point it right out. Once we realized that they didn’t have enough quantity of the pieces that I needed, Trevor tried to find more. He couldn’t find any and without me asking, he went to get the manager. Andy W was able to help with getting me the right size pieces. I am appreciative of them saving me another trip and got it all done in one night. Thanks a lot guys!!!!

Yes it's a big box store. Employees are friendly and willing to assist you.
