TD Bank

Went there yesterday afternoon with my boyfriend to set up a new account, waiting time was short then a lovely Miss helped us Kenneishia Ergas. She was so patient and kind and helpful she guided me through the whole setup and explained everything so great. I was so happy and satisfy with the whole experience and happy i chose TD
bank.
And the security lady is very nice too.

I have been a customer of this TD bank since 2015 very polite teller's especially Adia I hope I'm saying her name right but I like all the teller's never had a situation at this bank if I did it was handled in a professional manner also the people at the Desk are polite I never had any problems with going over there which I believe I had to see them like 3/4 time's through out me banking there so basically what you give is what you get be patience be polite kindness is priceless treat a person how you want to be treated PERIOD... I see people saying they are rude there and that’s a lie , if y’all go to people with dirty attitude best believe it’s on you . The store is managed well and they are all super professional.

I needed to get a replacement debit card and was reluctant to go into this branch because of all the negative reviews. The lady who attended to me was courteous and efficient and I had my replacement card within half an hour.

I met the best banker in my life at this branch- her name is Roxanne Thompson, I have opened my TDBANK account for three years and gone to many branches in New York city- and today, Ms Thompson tried to help me to apply for" doing wire transfer on my own computer with higher limit"- I was allowed to do this under $15,000 at this moment, so every time I want to wire money more than $15,000, I have to go to TD BANK sites and wait at least 30 mins. I tried to ask the bankers each time I met in different location, but the answer is no! The reason is ridiculous- they are afraid of my mistake on computer when I am doing wire-that they believe $15,000 is safe for both of us. When I almost give up this request, Ms Thompson on her own initiative call their headquarter and solve this problem forever....I was not an easy-touching person, but I want to give her a big hug, TD BANK always claims itself most convenient bank-which I never feel, but I catch it today!
