We’ve purchased a stove, microwave, dishwasher and most recently a washer and dryer. Our experience has always been 5 star. We’ve dealt with Ron Byrd who is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Who ever thought shopping for appliances could be fun? The team, especially Ron, are personable and never pushy. A fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

On Tuesday, I was told unexpectedly that I needed a new washer and dryer. I contacted Moorehouse Appliances and dealt with Chris and then Ron there. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. By Thursday, 2 days later, I had my new washer and dryer installed in my home. The delivery people were on time, even a few minutes early and they installed my new washer and dryer in a quick and efficient manner. They were also friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased with Morehouse Appliances and I would highly recommend them.

Today I learned from my appliance repairman that my Whirlpool Washing Machine was dead after 20 years of operation he suggested I go to Morehouse Appliances (New Hartford, NY) to buy an LG Washing Machine - I told him that all the appliances in our house were purchased at Morehouse Appliances - I was greeted by sales associate Ron Byrd and he immediately made me feel comfortable he was knowledgeable, kind and courteous and his manager was able to arrange for delivery and installation for the next morning! I was so delighted because the thought of going to a laundry mat with my busy schedule was another thing I would have to add to my To Do list - thank you to Ron and the Morehouse staff for rescuing me - shop local and you will always be taken care of like family! We have purchased several appliances at Morehouse Appliances for our home and camp in the last 10 years. They have a wonderful sales and repair staff who are helpful and very knowledgeable. We have called them when any appliance needs a repair and they are quick to come and make the repair. Today, Adam was at our home to repair our dishwasher. He was courteous, quick and left our kitchen clean!

Morehouse is a locally owned company that has always been pleasant and responsive to our needs. They have serviced our dryer, and are far more responsive and accessible than the big box stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. We are thankful for this company and the appliances and services they offer.

My refrigerator stopped working on a Friday night. I contacted Morehouse for service on Saturday morning and they sent Adam over. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and repaired the refrigerator on Tuesday! In addition to being very knowledgeable Adam was kind, compassionate, neat, and a pleasure to meet. Thank you Morehouse for the excellent service.

Even though the place was busy and the salespeople were busy with other customers, the manager (maybe owner?) Helped me out with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, efficient with our time and I am very happy with my purchase. Even my kids were excited to do thier laundry! I was able to apply for a line of credit on thier website ahead of time and was approved with a great promotion, no interest for a year!

Excellent customer service! Sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Our refrigerator suddenly died leaving us with a need to quickly replace it. Most of the larger chain store do not stock products, leaving us with a two week deliver time. Obviously that wouldn't work. Morehouse had a great selection of quality appliances with competitive prices. With the help of our salesman we picked out the perfect refrigerator and had it delivered the next day. For a small fee they even took our old one. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience and absolutely love our new refrigerator.

We called the week of Christmas because our washer stopped working. They were quick and professional, ordered the necessary part, and got our washer working again within the week. We’ll definitely use them moving forward for any repairs!!

I recently purchased a range and microwave from Morehouse and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience - from my first visit to the store all the way through delivery and installation. David G. provided excellent information regarding the items I was interested in, and was very patient with my timeline and questions. I visited the store several times after to ask more questions and he always remembered my name and information, which is a major perk over the "Big Box" stores. There was never any pressure, and all questions were answered immediately. Thank you, David, for your excellent salesmanship.

Likewise, delivery and installation were excellent, as well. The two individuals were quick, polite, and left my house clean afterwards.

Recently purchased a new washer & dryer from Morehouse Appliance! From start to finish, it was a great experience! Sales Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely know their products versus the Big Chain Stores. Delivery was very flexible with dates and times and the Install Team was as well, very knowledge, courteous, fast and very professional, both in appearance and with the install. They answered all my questions, educated me on the machines and away they went. Wouldn't buy my appliances anywhere else!

I stopped at Morehouse Appliances just to check out a few additional models, figuring I'd buy at one of the big box stores where I assumed prices would be cheaper. Well, I was wrong. Morehouse Appliances has so much better service AND better prices than anywhere else I checked. I loved the availability of scratch and dent models. That saved me a bunch. Chris, the salesman, is wonderful. He made sure we had all the information we needed and never tired of answering my many, many questions. Thanks Chris! A wonderful team just delivered & installed my new refrigerator. They were very respectful of my home and extra careful to leave it just as it was before they arrived.
