Pine Point Cottages & Motel

Absolutely loved this motel! We stayed one night and it was great. The room was very clean. It was warm when we got there, but ounce we put the AC on it was perfect. Super close to Lake George Village, the rodeo, and lots of other activities and restaurants. It was so cute. I loved the lake on the property and the beach. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake George!

This was such a relaxing place to be , so many extras a kitchen we were welcomed to use , picnic tables, chairs right outside… your room , the beach , paddle boats , if your looking for a mini vacation this is the spot

Needed a place to stay a couple days when visiting our kids who are working in the North Country. The owner Andy was a really nice man, the place is clean and has everything you need. A lake, boats, grills and a fridge. Definitely recommend this spot. If you go in the aummer make sure you go to the Rodeo- literally 2 mins away

It was our first experience to had a beautiful place pine point cottages and motel. It was reasonable, cleaned and when I visited the lake at early in the morning, it was look like a heaven. I can’t forget that memories we spent our time there. We had a plan for a day but because of the lovely place, environment, friendly people and friendly owner Edie and his family made us so joyful and we had to extended our stay there. One more thing, I want to share you guys that after four days we had a chance to cooked a fresh breakfast because Edie (owner) provided all necessary things in a kitchen, pans, dinner set, cutlery very neat and clean kitchen. When I was preparing my kids breakfast I prayed by my heart for him and his family because of him we were able to do that. May GOD give him and his family a lot. Ameen. And give him a long life with good health. Ameen
Even we had a mini fridge in our rooms but in a kitchen there was a big fridge and we can save our things there too.
Over all they are doing a great efforts for us. If they didn’t do that efforts I do TS so that we could stay there a longer that we stayed.

We found this place last minute, but from now on it will be our first choice. The owner Ed is a great guy, and his family is wonderful as well. We stayed for the July 4th week and had an amazing time. Everyone we met (except for one grumpy old grandma and an ornery snapping turtle) was great! The kids unplugged from the matrix, and were swimming and fishing, taking the boats out on the lake etc, being kids again. It was more than worth the 13 hour drive to get there and we will be going back.

My parents started bringing us to Pine Point in the 50's.....My Dad found an ad in the NY Times. We would go for a week every summer. Then, when I had children, my husband & I started going up every fall. The place never changed. Beautiful as ever, well maintained, and the nicest owners, The Bus family......We are going up soon again, this time, bringing up the 4th generation of my family, my Grandson Maddox.....My kids will be coming up as well as some friends. Again, the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the beauty that is Lake Vanare.

We go here every single year, and it’s an amazing place to visit. Ed is one of the best guys I have met, plus the Pine Point Community is a great group. The views are nice, and the stay is a great experience.

The Needles cabin we stayed in is so easy to talk about yet hard. The hard part is I used to stay at a different cabin established for many years and love it there. So I feel like I'm betraying them. Lol. Well, Pine Point is fantastic! Housekeeping cottages that are simply amazing. Ours had a screened in porch, full kitchen, living room/dining room, bathroom with shower and two bed rooms. Lots of closet space.boh the living room Has a fire place. Plus outside there is a BBQ. The beach is right there! Row and paddle boats. Shuffleboard and swings, it is a dream if you want to escape. And it's right on Lake Vanare. It is perfect and we loved it!

If your looking for a little piece of heaven, a place to make lifetime memories for you and your family.
How about, watching your children catch their first fish, learning to row a boat, making sand castles on the beach, roasting marshmallows at the campfire? Having that first cup of coffee sitting on the beach with your new friends looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains? Then Pine Point is for you.

Stayed at pine point for the very first time for the snowmobile season was planning on spending two nights and I'm finding it very hard to leave the atmosphere is relaxing the owners are amazing probably the friendliest staff I've ever ran into in the hospitality business. Definitely my choice every time I come up this way if I ever leave thank you Ed for the awesome hospitality

The Pine Point is an absolute gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, friendly ownership, and a beautiful lake right outside- heaven on earth and I highly recommend- and reasonable pricing too!

Went with my husband and boys and had a great weekend. Owners were awesome. My husband loves the place, he has been back multiple times to stay since he has work in the area.

We go here every year for the last 4 yrs. Beautiful seaney and the owner is so nice and friendly . Always accomidates us and so helpful. You feel like family.

Wow another great stay,rustic, rural, quiet, super friendly. atmosphere, reasonably priced, close to lake George, Saratoga, rafting.suits me and my family.cant wait for next year.

I have rented a cottage during the winter holidays and had a great time with family.

My mom went here for years as a kid and then started bringing me with her parents and we always had a great time running into the same families year after year. Lovely place.

This place is great. Very family oriented and perfectly set up on a lake a stones throw away from all that the lake George area has to offer.

Did not get the chance to actually stay there because there was no availability for the time frame I needed. However, the man on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful and called me back right away. Seems like a very nice place!

Great Country atmosphere. Great Staff. A family place. Not for wild party's . Very clean. Very well kept.
