Great company to deal with. I called and talked to one of the guys about a promo code to use for my purchase. He gladly gave me their code for new customers. It gave me a 10% discount. Not much but it certainly helped out. The flag I purchased (31st Alabama Infantry regiment) is nice but I wish the colors were more vibrant. The flag just looks faded to me almost, even though it's new. It's still a nice flag.

I needed an 8"x12" American flag with a 3/8" dowel, which is not commonly available for this size flag. Gettysburg Flag Works was the only place that I found who could satisfy my requirement. The great thing is that they offer multiple configuration options for many of their flags, to include dowel sizes. Also, I got a pleasant surprise when my order arrived. The option that was available for my 8"x12", 3/8" dowel flag did not include a gold spear tip on the flag. When my order arrived, the flags did, in fact, have the gold spear tips. Thank you Gettysburg Flag Works!! I am very happy with the quality and price of the product and the delivery time was excellent. I ordered the flags on a Thursday and they arrived the following Monday. I highly recommend the Gettysburg Flag Works.

We ordered a US and Tennessee state flag some time back and I can honestly say that the customer service and the quality of the flags is outstanding! We live on top of a mountain in East Tennessee and had some very severe windstorms over the last 6 months and the flags look like the first day we received them. We never had flags holding up that good in wind and weather. I am very, very happy with the quality and would highly recommend them. I definitely will be a returning customer and by more flags. So happy to have found an American made product with this kind of quality.

Decided to get a Betsy Ross flag and hooked up with Gettysburg Flag Works. The flag is well made, the colors are vibrant. Plus, they're located in upstate New York where I live. It's always nice to help a business which isn't Amazon.

I live in New Mexico in the desert south west where we have lots of sun and pretty strong winds all year long. I fly my flags 24/7 in all sorts weather conditions. This was my first time flying the heavy duty polyester 5'x8' flag. It lasted 11 months. My previous flags usually only lasted 6 months. I get lots of comments on my flag. I highly recommend Gettysburg Flag Works, I'm highly pleased with their products.

I have been using these American Made Flags and poles for a few years. I recently left my Flag up during bad wind and the pole bent. I ordered a complete new Kit(Flag, Pole and bracket). After about 2 weeks the new pole
bent at the joint. I messaged them on website and within an hour I got a response! I was asked where the break was(For quality control). A new pole was shipped out immediately at no charge!! As a proud US Navy Veteran, I am glad I bought from a “Made In The USA Company”!!!! Bravo Zulu GFW!!! You have a customer for life.

Quality product! With this kind of investment I had to educate myself on selection and installation. The best, longest lasting and most colorful American flag I've found. Here in New Mexico, we get over 300 days a year of intense sunlight. And at a mile above sea level, there's not much UV filtration in the atmosphere, not to mention the near-constant wind. It's a tough place to be a flag. Decided to buy a flag for my Father's birthday. Chose Gettysburg because of their great selection and are a New York business. Seems like a nice flag and arrived quickly. The sewn-in stripes and embroidered stars are a lot higher quality than flags I've been getting from Lowes that needed replaced every year

I always had a US flag flying from my home and was proud to display it. When we moved from East Greenbush to Las Vegas the weather conditions were drastically different. I purchased a flag from another US company. It lasted about 6 months of Kansas wind. The flag I purchased from Gettysburg Flag Works seems to be better made. I will need to wait and see how it holds up. I have a 30 foot flag pole and it is lighted so it is up 25/7.

Website is super easy to navigate. Their American flags are made in the USA and are of very good quality. We always get a "Battle-Tough" American flag because it holds up to the tremendous winds we get here in the mountains of northern New Hampshire!! We can also recycle our American flag through the "Stars for Troops" program. As the Mom of an Army Aviation/National Guard helicopter pilot who has been deployed overseas several times, the Star program means a lot. Thank you GFW!
