While every death is hard, the unexpected ones are brutal. Kathy was absolutely the best in her demeanor, compassion and care in our situation, going ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with our load and took great care of things that we didn't even know needed taking care of. Her personal touches and time spent on how things went were greatly appreciated! We'd never had to deal with death before and all that is involved afterwards. No one really teaches you what to expect or has to get done when someone dies. She's come from a long history of experience and we definitely felt like we were in good hands, working with her. Thank you Kathy, for lifting certain burdens off my plate and for all your hard work!

Kathy and John were more than accommodating for my mother's services. I could not have asked for more. The care and compassion meant so much to the family and we are so pleased that we had such professional and caring people to ensure the love that my mom so deserves

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed with the whole situation. My mother asked for me to deal with these people. My family dealt with the father in prior engagements. I did not preplan any arrangements. I called at 430 am and explained that my mother had passed to an answering service. A few minutes later I spoke to a funeral director asking if she was big or if 2 people could handle her. When they showed up I never heard one word of condolence, just when can you come over to set up payment for cremation . Then after this it was rude people from the answering service . One director joked about playing phone tag because she had other funerals to attend. Wow. Please don't go through what I did with these people
