Called to inquire about transferring prescriptions. 1st phone call, Adam hung up the phone without saying a word. Called back, was condescendingly informed that this is a specialty pharmacy - with reduced hours. Adam refused to explain what they could assist with, and condescendingly repeated, "well, its a specialty pharmacy".
