The woman at the teller named Sandra did an amazing job with helping me figure out how to replace my debit card and get a temporary one on my phone right away. I had no clue that was an option! I was very nervous and needed a lot of assistance. She guided me with this Siri like thing on the app called Erica. Thank you Sandra! You’re a life saver. I may need more help in the future.

I never do reviews but I walked in yesterday for a simple Cashiers Check to pay my rent and security, the associate Freddie ended up helping me out with more than I could’ve asked for in a quick and convenient way on his iPad. He showed me a few ways I could waive some fees, updated my address, went over a few of my financial priorities and even replaced my damaged card. Top tiered service amongst the whole staff here considering how busy it was when I walked in around lunch time. They could definitely use one or two more people. The manager Travis was also extremely cordial and professional by checking-in with me afterwards when I had additional questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location. They changed my view on BofA for the better 🙌

Travis Valentine was SO HELPFUL when I had an urgent request as the 2nd Ave BOA was closing on a Friday afternoon. He could have easily turned me away but he was kind enough to stay late and help me in a very efficient manner. Thank you Travis!

Came in to get a few things adjusted and Travis was my teller. He took his time and walked me through everything I needed, even though it was the end of his shift. He even helped fix a document that another advisor got completely wrong.

Staff and manager at this branch are great! They’re friendly and knowledgeable. The manager went out of his way to help me in a time of need and I appreciate that.

I'll start by saying, I'm not a fan of big banks because of how impersonal they are to deal with on a whole. But I signed up with BOA for my business in their small business program. My experience, when I go to the branches, especially the branch at 2nd Ave and 4th st has been great. I had issues with some of the details in policy's for small business and they worked out some issues for me that really helped my financial situation. Furthermore, they are always seem warm and friendly. They are a major reason why I'm still with a very large bank such as BOA.

Always helpful and wonderful customer service ! Banker Swapnil and Sandra are always fantastic! They have patience no matter what I ask!!! I can’t recommend this branch enough!!!

I needed help regarding transferring money to another financial institution. I did a "walk in" to the financial center @72 2nd Ave, but was not accommodated after a 30-minute wait. What is wrong with this picture? I then requested an appointment for the following day with manager Travis who agreed to accommodate me. I arrived early the next day and had the very good fortune to work with associate Freddie. What a credit to to Bank of America! Freddie was patient, attentive to detail, intelligent, articulate and had stellar interpersonal skills. I intend to work with him in the future.
